The room we were placed in smelled like mildew when we walked in. When we called the front desk about the smell, we were told that the AC was leaking water and that the rug in the room was wet because of the leak. When we asked for another room, the receptionist suggested that we put towels on top of the rug to soak up the water. My husband and I decided to leave altogether.

The tub and sink would not drain plus the sink was leaking onto the floor. Had to wait an hour for some to fix it. He used all towels in the bathroom without ever replacing them. The front desk attendee was rude providing no explanation, apologies, or acknowledgement to our problems just saying okay in a none friendly manner. Also when it was time to check out I went to the front and told her I was ready to check out and she just looked at the jar to the right of her without saying a word. I took it as I needed to drop my keycards in there. The cleaners were nice and helpful though. As I seen them in the hall they were willing to go above and beyond their job description to help me. Thank you for that.

I don't like your survey.... I did not save any money by using Orbitz to book my room,,

I’ve stayed at this location many times. Staff is always friendly and helpful. But April is prom season. The room next to me wAs very noisy. Called security 2x. Next morning hotel staff took care of me.

This hotel's staff was willing to do almost anything to make our stay an enjoyable one. From the check-in to the cleaning staff member who accompanied me out of her way to get the the information I needed. The room was very comfortable. We had a King and it came with a lounge chair. All the electronics worked perfectly. The breakfast that was included with the room was just what we needed for a day at Stone Mountain.
