Rooms are a little run down. Ours had burnt out light bulbs, a hole in the bathroom wall and worst of all sticky bathroom floors. The wifi was totally useless. Other than that it was fine for one night at $70. All in all you may want to spend a little more and stay somewhere else.
We recently spent 6 nights at this hotel. It is not a newer hotel, it is older and it is starting to show it's age. It was very clean however and that means quite a bit. We had an issue with the door that they fixed promptly. My only complaint was the breakfast selection. There didn't seem to be enough food out for the guests, most mornings it was mismatched toast , and you could tell the sweet rolls were all gone. Eggs and sausage or Eggs and bacon, waffles, or cereal. Might be asking too much for a small hotel but I skipped the whole breakfast thing several days
It was different. Deffinitely a learning experience. Ask questions to make sure you are getting what you want and need. The staff is very friendly as well as the house keeping. My kids had a great experience with the outdoor pool. It opens early and closes late. Overall, next time I know what to look for and what to ask for to accomodate my family's needs so it'll be a smoother sail.
I would recommend anyone to stay here staff very helpful room clean breakfast was great as I said I will be staying there again was staying in hotel waiting for my new house to get ready for me and my wife to move inn made the wait easier
There are too many things to write about concerning this hotel but I can summarize that staying here on the way home to a funeral was a horrible choice! Then when you inform the manager and owner they accuse you of lying. I have pictures of it all but honestly too busy planning an out of town funeral. I just want to let others know so they don't have the same experience. Not sure how a filthy hotel can stay in business by a major attraction like Stone Mountain. The manager Emmanuel and owner Shivagn are both very unprofessional!
had some car issues so decided to stay here rather than put up out tent in the dark. The First "non-smoking" room we could smell smoke as soon as we opened the door the second was just a little smoke smell so we settled on that one. The room wasn't the cleanest. It was nice and quiet. the parking was poorly lit. The breakfast was fine.
I would tell anyone that is heading to Stone Mountain to stay away from this place. It is still behind the times bathroom mold, bathroom door rotted from the shower getting it wet. Was told that you can get coffee anytime then when I went to get cofee I was told you cant get it till 6:30 AM. The breakfeast had waffles but no mix to make them. The cream chipped beef was cold. I hate to say I would rate McDonalds breakfeast a 5 star compared to this one. I been to a Motel 6 and had much better service than here. NEVER AGAIN
It would not take much to sweep the outside steps. The non smoking room smelt of smoke! Not the hotels fault, but the attitude of staff when it was mentioned was 'we don't care'. Also we did not get the king size bed as booked. Much confusion by staff when checking in. Otherwise it is a good location and generally ok for a one night stopover. Breakfast was acceptable.
SAVE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE!! This place was beyond disgusting. We didn't even stay the night. Shower had hair clogged in the drain, bed sheets hadn't been changed, room needs dusting badly, and questionable spots on walls and in carpet. NEVER, EVER would I stay in this place
room was clean, not the most updated but cozy. good price on this hotel. Staff was friendly and courteous. Breakfast was good (continental, waffles) and well stocked. Could hear people walking by the room but wasn't too much to keep us up as with other hotels.
