The food service for breakfast was minimal and on two mornings there were no eggs, sausage, milk, or pancake syrup at 8:30. Breakfast ended at 9am. The actual food items were marginal and could be upgraded with some additional variety. The room service was a second issue. There is no cleaning service on the weekends. We checked in Friday and didn’t have a room cleaned until we returned to the room Monday night. Clean towels are the main issue where we needed to ask for them on Saturday and Sunday. The actual cleanliness of the room and hotel were not an issue.

When we arrived, there was a memo written that stated “The pool was not open.” The indoor pool was what attracted us to the hotel. Once I opened the door to the room I was given, the smell of smoke hit me in the nose. I immediately went back to the front desk and shared with the front desk staff I could not stay in that room with my son. They did give me another room that was okay. When we got up to take a shower the next morning, we could not because the water was cold as ice. The hotel staff changed our room once again. Due to the change with the room, we missed breakfast. There was no accommodation. Also, the elevator inspection was expired and had been expired since 2023. After seeing certain things, I decided not to stay another night and checked out at 3pm. The hotel offered to refund me $50 but with all the inconvenience and inconsistencies, I feel more should have been done. I explained to them I had a sick son and all hotels in the area had no availability.

The room I reserved was not ready nor was the pool working. The refrigerator and microwave were unkeeped and should be trashed. The shower curtains were stain.No fire detectors nor phone in the room. Room had an odor. Had to beg for towels as there were none in the roo..Had to wait for condiments and food ended up cold. The manger at night showed no accountability and was not helpful. Would not refund room nor was kind when concerns were brought to her. Will never stay here again. The elevator have not been inspected in over 2 years.

We arrived at the hotel on Friday, check in was good, the bed was hard not comfortable. So on Saturday morning we asked for a room service but never got it. Then Sunday we went down to speak with the receptional, he asked if we were checking out, we said no but we had a complaint because the neighbors next door were very noisy about to fight. When we return to the back to the hotel we asked for clean towels and he said okay he will have someone to bring it up, got on the elevator going to the room it popped. so once we arrived at the room the door was locked couldn't use the key so I had to go back down to the receptionist and he had to reactivate the key asked again when we checking out, I responded Monday, but we never did receive the towels and I stayed earlier the elevator pop every time we got on and off. We wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone and we won't never stay there again
