Great location/very quiet and comfortable bed
Everything was good except that I was told at registration that because I am a Hilton frequent stay member that the wine in the room was complementry but I was charged $50 for a half bottle of wine. I was also told that a car and driver was available complementary for local trips but on 2/26 was told that there were no cars available that day.
Impeccable customer service. Food done to perfection. Clean, crisp linens, comfortable ultrasoft slippers and bath robes. Fruit infused ice water and fresh available and easily accessible 24hr. Elegant decor. Warm salt water indoor pool. All facilities were clean and beautiful. Driver and car available to drive to local shopping and restaurants.

Very nice getaway. I did feel a little more like a residence vs a 4/5 star hotel.
Hotel room needs an upgrade, rooms are sparse and tired. Not comfortable at all.
Loved my stay. spacious and quiet room. The gym is very well equipped and the spa has fantastic treatments. the staff is very attentive and courteous. Great location too, right by Lenox mall.

...but no free access to Wi-Fi, and looked upon for asking a late check out (at 3 instead of at one) when hotel was obviously empty.
