Hotel is clean as usually my experience with the Hilton brand. Had to wait way too long for fresh towels after talking to tge front desk clerk. Had a fire alarm incident that was never explained but had to evacuate for a short period. Overall, still a Hilton brand so would definitely stay again.

Unfortunately, your first impression as you walk in is the entrance door mat is dirty which immediately makes you wonder if the rest of the hotel is dirty. Which it isn’t. But that might be something someone would like to address at the entrance doors. Regarding conditions, there was a picture missing over the small dining room table, with brackets still left in the wall. Overall, I think all Home2suites living areas are very awkwardly shaped with poor, cold nondescript decor. I stay at multiple Home2suites and find the outer living room of the suites all the same, not inviting at all ! Lastly, and aside from cleanliness, the most important aspect is the staff is extremely friendly, personable and accommodating. The staff would entice me to stay again. The staff was excellent. Pa: please add more variety to your snack area, such as crackers with cheese, or the refrigerated snack, cheese and crackers. Poor selection in your snack area.

Great one night stay.

We had an amazing and beautiful time. The hotel and customer service were amazing. I was greeted with a smile by Keyona (spell check) and explained the ins and outs of the hotel and check-in. She was amazing, and you all are blessed to have her. The customer prior to me did not understand the incidentals hold, and despite Keyona explaining as calmly and respectfully as possible. The lady continued to express disdain. It was truly shocking to see someone treat an employee this way, but it did not phase Keyona. She was still pleasant. The beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was tasty. All in all, it was a nice trip. I will be back with my family as it was truly a great experience.

There was no peace and it was not quiet. The breakfast they served was very little and it was gone before even time to serve if you know what I mean. I would definitely recommend somewhere else to stay.
