I booked two rooms at this location for our stopover at Six flags over Georgia through Holiday Inn where members are guaranteed the lowest price! Evidently this is not so! I was charged $129.98 & $125.13 per room. The odd thing is in checking in the person who stayed the two previous nights left her bill in the room in the envelope on the floor. How did cleaning miss this is this room was serviced? evidently it wasn't! However the lady from Rosedale, VA 24280 was only charged $93.48 and $110.94 for their two nights so How is a IH club member getting the lowest price???????????? The mattresses on these beds are worn out and very uncomfortable they were however small queens and not the double beds. For the loss of rest from this we should have been discounted by at least $25 per night, we we're not!. I was charged $60.00 per room over the previous person occupying the same room and I should have been comped for the mattresses @ $50.00 per room for a total per room of $110.00 X 2=220. To top everything off I, upon return home had an invite to write a review for this Motel on IH.coms comment page. I did so and guess what "The Mattrresses were worn out" constituted a bad word so they would not post my review! Evidently they only post the ones that, if any, are of their approval not what actually occurs at their Motels. If you belong to IH rewards let me tell you their lowest price guarantee does not work and they block you from letting them know that this has occurred. The staff at this motel is very good and friendly and the breakfast is standard for IH and is a good way to start the day. We did have an incident of a sterling bracelet was left hanging on the lamp shade and no one seemed to find it! just like they did not find the check out envelope of the previous occupant lying on the floor. How do you work over such a thing when someone leaves a motel.

I was here for 6 weeks of training. The hotel is spotless. Bed are comfortable. Staff are great. The traffic is terrible though!!! LOL!!! But you are in the Atlanta area! It is near Six Flags so there are lots of children but I always had the 4th floor and the noise was not a problem

Arrived around 6PM. Checked in efficiently by desk staff. Had a clean, quiet room, with a good bathroom. The hot breakfast was good. The staff was happy and helpful. The price was good (paid in advance). The location is easy to get to, just off the highway, with decent eats nearby. What else can I say?

Beds were very comfortable and rooms were clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Free breakfast was acceptable but staff was slow to restock food items. Nice TVs with excellent channel selections.

Stayed here with my husband while he was here on business. This is a mediocre hie, it is time for an update in the rooms and entrance. They really need to "police" the entrance and keep those smoking from standing around the entrance. We have stayed here for the past several years, and this year will be the last time. The clientel that stay here are primarily road and construction workers, and plenty of them smoke. It is fairly quiet. There are not a whole lot of choices to eat. We typically end up heading to one of the old neighborhoods in The city for a nice independent restaurant experience.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel Jan 13-15 "2017" we were visiting for my cousins wedding. The Hotel was quiet, clean, spacious. The rooms were spacious, clean, linen and towels were clean, the bed was comfortable and the room offered a variety of TV channels as well as a large refrigerator and a Kerig coffee maker. The staff was friendly at both checking in and out. This hotel offered the comfort we needed for our stay and event. The daily breakfast was satisfying and offered a different variety daily. My father and I were in town attending the Peach Bowl. I didn't have a considerable amount to spend on a hotel, so we chose to stay here and I'm so glad we did. The price was great and it was much more convient to ride MARTA to and from the Georgia Dome. We were greeted kindly by Leonard, the room was very clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the TV was good. I liked how accessible it was to the interstate but still in a quiet and safe location. Don't over expect when it comes to breakfast. They're not allowed to use stoves or ovens so everything is microwaved- even the scrambled eggs. It was tolerable but, the pleasant part was Natalie was very attentive to everyone. The only negative was the TV does not have access to the SEC Network. That was a big disappointment seeing that we were in GEORGIA!! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to those who travel on business or are passing through.

Somewhat disappointed. The room was not as clean as I expected. The renovation was clearly in place and needed. Breakfast was the normal expectation at a HIE. The lobby was nice but that's where it ended.

I was not totally impressed compared to other HIE hotels I've stayed at. The remodeling and conversion wasn't a very good one. I felt that I stayed at an upgraded Comfort Inn and not a Holiday Inn Express, which I've stayed at a lot in different cities. But I will say that the guest attendant, Leonard was very customer friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to ensure my stay was satisfactory.

We haven't had breakfast yet, but this hotel is typically good of a Holiday Inn Express. As always, we needed an "Accessible Room" with a roll-in shower (reservations were made last month). We received the room we needed, which is always nice. The room is neat and clean, and it has all the standard amenities. The single problem we have with every "Accessible" room, is that the beds are too high off the floor. Now you really gotta think about this, because before these things were required, we never gave this a second thought, but here's the issue: If a person is truly wheelchair-bound, and they are unable to walk (maybe they can transfer themselves, but that's it), how are those people supposed to "CLIMB" up into a bed that is a couple of feet off the floor? If the hotels would remove the tall platform from under the beds, the height could be lowered at least 6". That may not seem like much, but that difference could mean the difference between a person being able to get into bed on their own, or being (literally) lifted into the bed. And heaven forbid the person needs to get up during the middle of the night, because they will need help getting out of bed - and back in again! Oh, the things we've learned in the past few years... This hotel was okay; nothing great, nothing dismal. Nice night's rest...
