It was nice and quite with a a good hot breakfast at at a very good price, we will be staying there again

The Overall Value for this hotel was pretty good given the location. If you are looking for a hotel that is on the outskirts of ATLANTA but not to far from Cumberland Mall and more Family Oriented this is a great stop for a few days. The hotel was nice and there was a young lady who is in college at the front desk who was very helpful during the entire stay.

Clean and nice room. The staff was friendly and professional.

We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Express. We had a standard room. It was clean, quiet, good AC with a decent breakfast. The only difference with all the Holiday Inn Express we have been using was that there was no mini fridge nor microwave. Otherwise, we had no complaint.

Hotel looks nice, location isn't bad with several choices within walking distance, but the lack of customer service negates it all. Our fire alarm in room had low battery so kept going off. Asked to have it fixed they told me the battery is just low - duh! My husband took battery out so we could sleep. We took it to the desk and asked for it to be replaced in the 3 remaining days we were there it was not done. It is clean hotel, except the pool needs to be maintained better (water quality). Good size room and awesome a/c. Took 20 minutes to check out because no one was around. Not a bad stay but lack of customer service doesn't work for me...

Pros: Nice, clean, fresh-smelling room. The maid staff did a fantastic job of cleaning the room each day and restocking it with clean towels. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable! Everything on the bed was so soft -- especially the square, fluffy pillows. The continental breakfast was good -- however, you had to constantly ask the desk staff to refill things (coffee, syrup) as they were too busy hanging out in the back office talking. A free newspaper was provided in the mornings, which was very nice. Cons: The majority of the front desk staff were very disrespectful and rude. They seemed offended when asked a question or asked to get something (as if we, the paying guests, were bothering them). They spent a lot of time hanging out in the back office behind the front desk and wouldn't bother to get up to speak to me when I had a question. They would talk to me from behind a wall. The workout room was closed because of renovations. However, we never saw anyone actively working on the room (we were there for 5 days). On our last evening and day there, the clientele in the hotel changed. At 11:00am on Friday, there were adults walking around the hotel and hanging out in the parking lot drinking alcohol. Kids were also running lose everywhere with no parents in sight. Seemed odd to me, but the hotel staff didn't seem to care. Because of the rude staff, we would never stay at this hotel again. It's a shame too -- the hotel itself isn't bad.

overall it was good to stay there. it's located at a centric place. You got restaurants, shopping center, supermarkets and more nearby. It is also pretty close to Six Flags.
