The room was fine but the hotel lacks basic amenities like shampoo and soap in the rooms. You also don't get daily room service cleaning if you stay for less than a week.
Stayed there with boyfriend for a mini stay cation. Was not what I expected. Tub was dirty. Parking lot was small. Hard to find. Sheets were not clean. Towels were dingy. Went to Walmart and bought own towels. Will never stay there again.
I have literally stayed in a nicer Motel 6 - I know the hotel is being renovated but....
The room was fine, but they had none of the amenities in the room. You had to ask for everything for the kitchen and it was challenging to get. I also would not recommend this hotel for a woman traveling alone.
I would only recommend this hotel if your budget is top priority.
Came to extended for a quick little stay. Was OK for the price. Was a bit noisy throughout the night. Could hear every time somebody walked or flushed in a near room. Other than that, decent stay for the price.
Its good for the price. The rooms were clean but passage smelled of smoke. The front porch was filthy with smoked cigarette sticks everywhere. The wifi is good. The staff are friendly. Stay was just there.
There are absolutely no amenities in this hotel, not even an ice maker! I never knew that extended stay meant no housekeeping either. I had to ask to get any glasses to use for a drink of water! Clerk at check in was pleasant, unfortunately she was the only pleasant person the entire 4 days we were there. The rest were rude, unprofessional, and acted like I was a bother when i asked for something. One didn't even know what a boarding pass was or if there was a printer we could print in on. Had to request a new room because the first one had light fixtures hanging off the wall and broken counter tops. I needed to use laundry facilities-sign said quarters available at front desk. The clerk only had $2.00 which isn't enough to do one load and he made no attempt to get any. This wasn't even worth the low rate I paid.
I booked 2 bed room for 2 nights and arrived with my wife and kids late. The lady at the reception was very rude and I had horrible experience over there. Actually, she was one of the housekeeping personel but the management surprisingly asked her to work at the reception desk on that night. First, she responded to our inquiry about our already reserved room in a very rude manner saying that there was no available room. Then, she kept doing something on the computer for long time. Then, when we started asking her if she can find any available room for us especially i have little kids and they were very tired after hours of driving, she replied in a very aggressive way saying that she had only "DIRTY" rooms. I tried to keep myself quiet for the hope of getting a room for my kids until I could meet the manager to complain for all of these. She kept responding in a rude way and finally after almost one hour standing at the desk, she gave us a key for a room. When we went to check it, it was dirty!! I got mad at the point but refrained from responding to her. Then she gave us a key for another bigger and clean room. It was the worst night I experienced in my life with a receptionist. The management are essentially non-professional when these incident happened. i would never go again to that hotel.
I enjoyed the continental breakfast. The timing was good. The desk clerks were very helpful with room needs and being very cordial. The guests were very friendly and willing to help me as I use a walker. The accomodations for fixing my own meals were excellent including dishes, silverware, and cups and glasses. Ilike the set-up of this hotel.
I needed a place to hole up and work for a few days, so this was the spot, with a kitchen and fridge so I didn't have to go anywhere. So, the amenities where what I needed and fine, but it definitely wasn't a room that you'd call nice. They cut corners on maintenance and cleaning. Pretty much everything in the room was of low quality. But, all in all, nothing that made my stay particularly uncomfortable.
I had my family and wanted a stove, and so I wanted some options. It had everything, just wasn't as clean as I would have expected. The staff was accommodating though.
I didn't realize that Homestead was actually Extended Stay America. It took a while to get there because of that. But the hotel personnel were very friendly in helping me locate their facility. I had a pleasant experience overall. We were snowed in there and it would have been better in the hotel had like a bar or maybe something to do in the common area.
The hallway to the room was not air conditioned I do not know if it was broken or they didnt have one but the room was clean the bed was comfortable and the person at the front desk was very nice and prffesoinal! i would stay there again it is secluded and quiet!
It was a nice studio style motel. Refrigerator, stove, and even silverware. It feels more free compared to regular hotel. They charge for internet, but only $4.99 for the whole stay.
Great price! The room was clean and comfortable. The location is secluded and safe. I will stay here the next time I'm in Atlanta.
The room was good and service was good. Hall had a funny smell, but the room was clean and stocked.
Kind of hard to find off Powers Ferry Rd, but easily accessible to I-285 and I-75. Room wasn't ready when I went to check-in @ 3:20pm. Waited about an additional 15-20 mins before I could check-in, although check-in time is 3pm. The kitchen is very useful and I loved having it. The staff is friendly, of course with a few execptions. I had a few concerns I needed to addressed with the manager, regarding a gentleman at the front desk who was not very courteous or customer-oriented. However, he was never able to step outside of his office. Upon checkout, he still hadn't reached out to me as a guest. The young lady at the front desk, [...], provided excellent service. She suggested I leave my phone number and he would contact me prior to him leaving, since he was conducting an interview at that time. I left my number, and still have not received a call. It was a good for the price. The room was clean (as much as you can expect from a hotel).
Chose this hotel based on price, location, and a swimming pool. When we arrived there was a rancid odor in the lobby and the hallway of our floor. After checking in, I asked where the pool was at and was told that they didn't have a pool. When we went up to our room, the hallway looked as if it haden't been vacuumed in days. We had booked a room with a foldout sofabed but when we opened it upon returning from our reason for going we found the foldout had no linens or pillows. The reservation was for three so they had to know someone would use the sofabed. Also, this hotel charges for use of the internet. In this modern day I don't see how a business hotel can charge for that.
I was visiting in Marietta, Ga. Worried a bit about the hotel after reading reviews. Check in was very easy. I asked for a room where I didn't have to walk far from the elevator & they accommodated me. Room was clean, & confortable. Bathroom spotless. Kitchen stove, refrigerator, utensils, dishes, spotless with no problems. A/C worked great. I had no complaints at all. I would definately stay here again and it was very affordable and close to convieniences such as restaurants and grocery stores. A very clean safe area.
