Consisting of 8 residential dwellings and 2 retail storefronts. This unique penthouse space includes the 2 mirroring top floor penthouse spaces (6000 total square ft.) The entire 3rd floor (elevator accessible) will be exclusive to your party.

Located in Castleberry Hill which is adjacent to southern border of downtown Atlanta. Castleberry Hill is a unique, fun, creative, artistic urban community with a strong historic identity. Many of the early 20th-century warehouse buildings have been converted to lofts and are now the predominate housing type. The population is culturally diverse and the area is continuing to grow in both the number of residents as well as retail and other establishments. Today the area is thriving with retail shops, restaurants, apartments and condos. The proximity to all that Atlanta has to offer in a short walking distance and easy highway and public transportation options are, and will continue to be, major draws to the area.

The railway, which defines street and building patterns as it cuts through Castleberry, is as old as Atlanta itself, and Atlanta’s first horse-drawn trolley line served the neighborhood. As was typical of the era, laborers, carpenters, saloon keepers, tailors, butchers, blacksmiths and other trades people lived here, within walking distance of work. Castleberry Hill supported most of Atlanta’s growth after the Civil War.

You have access to the entire top floor (two 3000 sqft spaces) of the condominium. The space is entirely yours so make yourself at home.
Self Check-in - Guests can access the building through the front entry or the rear garage doors. Each door is fitted with a smart keypad. You will be provided with a unique code that will work on all exterior entry doors, including the garage. You will also be provided with a separate auto generated code for your unit that will function for the entirety of your stay. *Point Central Software

The Otis is more than just another Atlanta building. Located in the neighborhoods main entertainment corridor, It’s a new living space that offers a mix of history and modern style, all thanks to the special touch of one of the community’s former residents — designer turned television star Ty Pennington. Pennington, an ATL native and graduate of Atlanta College of Art, is best known for his work on the original Trading Spaces and ABC’s Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. Almost every piece of artwork in The Otis – not only in the spaces but also inside the gallery (which is the common areas) – is custom work by Ty Pennington. The Otis is named for an elevator manufacturer that once operated on the site. The preserved façade still carries the company’s logo.
