The house is located in Neos Kosmos - Koukaki.

The entire flat which has just been completely renovated exclusively with high quality materials, within 2018, is decorated in a way to bring a welcoming intimacy to you and your family. Your new home away from home! The Apartment which covers 55 square meters is on the 2nd floor with balcony in both bedroom and living room (extremely bright and sunny). It is spacious, very quiet and it can comfortably accommodate up to five (5) people, perfect for a family or couples with kids.

Few steps away from the Acropolis, the Acropolis museum and the archaeological sites. Seconds walk (only 170 meters) to “Neos Kosmos Metro Station”, to Tram or other public transportation. Two Metro stops away (3 minutes duration) to Acropolis Museum and three stops away (5 minutes duration) to Syntagma Square. Alternatively, in order to have the chance to see the nearby neighborhoods of Athens and the archaeological sites, you can choose a 5` minute walk to National Museum of Contemporary Art and from there a 10` minute walk to Acropolis Museum.

The neighborhood is lively and very safe (one of the safest around Acropolis) with restaurants, bars and coffee shops nearby. A full list of them -and much more- will be provided upon booking.There is pharmacy, supermarket, coffee bar and bakery across the road. The apartment is easily accessible from airport/port by Metro. However directions are always offered in advance in order to help you with your way to the apartment!

Adequate and convenient location

Airport pickup was very helpful (€40). We rented a car for our second week. Parking is challenging and had windshield wipers stolen. Location is very good for access to metro. Best for short stays. Not well equipped for cooking.

Chris was more than a perfect host to us! We arrived much earlier than the check-in time with lots of baggages and he agreed to pick us up and keep our luggages until near check-in. He even moved us to a better apartment with an elevator for ease of moving our luggage’s. And, he even let us check-in earlier! His place was very clean, bright , so comfortable with some extras to boot. We will definitely contact him next time we are in Athens!!

I made an error with my booking and needed to add an additional night the day of as we drove to Athens. Chris was so helpful and rearranged multiple bookings/rooms to enable us to extend our stay to 2 nights within the same apartment. Chris also gave my son and I a ride to the beach and set up an early morning transfer to the airport. 5 star service from beginning to end! I highly recommend making reservations through M&M Apartments!

Many thanks to Chris and Zoe for their excellent communication regarding the property and our stay. The apartment was great for us and our two adult children. We enjoyed the balcony quite a bit in the evenings. We found it easy walking to the Acropolis and Plaka. The metro station is quite close, but we didn't notice it until our last day. We walked everywhere. We discovered good places for eating nearby. A nice clean self serve laundromat was close by. Only drawback to being on a main road in the city is that the traffic noise is always there. Didn't stop us from sleeping though.

Nice spot in the heart of things

Chris has a wonderful pied a terre which is a great spot to get to all the things one wants to see in Athens. We sat on the balcony and had a glass of wine after a day of sightseeing. The ac and comfortable beds made our sleep very nice Chris was super responsive and available to answer any questions

Great stay in Athens!

This was my first trip to Europe and it couldn’t have had a better start! Chris was the best! He transported my family to and from the airport at a reasonable price and was punctual! He went over and beyond by sharing a well prepared map of recommendations for food, sightseeing locations, etc! This location is a short walk to the Metro station. He was always readily and available to help. I would definitely recommend his apartments! You won’t find a better host!

schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Wir haben dort mit 4 Personen nur 1 Durchreise-Nacht verbracht. Die 2 zusätzlichen Aufbettungen im Wohnzimmer waren schön vorbereitet. Der Host ist immer erreichbar und Schlüsselübergabe kein Problem.

Een prettig verblijf

Door de eigenaar opgehaald van het vliegveld. Kost iets meer dan met de metro, maar is wel erg relaxt. Via facebook een hele reisgids gekregen met tips van wat je moet zien, welke restaurants er zijn enz.
