Divani Palace Acropolis

it seems the hotel staff care more about the money they can collect from you, but not the service they can provide.

Breakfast buffett ok with lots of choices. Shower leaked water on floor. No wash cloths available.

Ugly room with little light and very small. There are much better hotels in Athens for that rate, and it is definitely at most a three star hotel.

We would have liked to just get a cup of coffee before we left for our day trip without having to pay for it. An area where coffee and a small danish could be made available for people on the run would have been nice. We had to pay $4.60 for room service for a whole pot of coffee plus extras and then wait for them to deliver it to our room which almost made us late for our boat tour!!

The view of the acropolis shown on the website is definitely not what you get. It's almost like the views are photoshopped to make it seem like guests will have a direct view.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to steps of Acropolis and food/shopping. Anywhere else this would be a very pricey hotel. The only problem is that they push 2 twin beds together to make a double/queen bed, so you and your loved one sleep separated with a 4 inch gap between you because of the bed frames. It felt like the 1950's. It's 2017, they have king beds or even 2 full beds in Greece that would easily fit in the room. That was silly. The staff was great and the view from the restaurant is one of the best as seen in the attached picture.

Atención muy buena.Habitaciones muy pequeñas. La vista del restaurante en la terraza muy buena, tienes que hacer reservación.

Hotel is perfectly located close to major tourist sights and a short walk from the low-key residential neighborhood of Makrygianni. Guests can mix their visits to the Acropolis museum and the touristy Plaka area with a more down-to-earth experience of dining in neighborhood restaurants that cater to both tourists and locals. Hotel staff are friendly, highly professional, and eager to provide guidance on places worth visiting throughout the Athens metropolitan area.

The location was perfect, walk to all major attractions. Room was a bit small but not there for the room. Hotel staff was very friendly and very helpful, especially in booking the day tours we requested. Would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friend and would not hesitate to stay there again!

This hotel had mixed reviews which concerned me but I can't complain about it. The place is very clean and the beds were comfortable. my only setback about the hotel had nothing to do with the hotel itself and that was that you had to walk up a hill to get to the main area for shopping and dining and sites which Was tough to walk in the heat. It seemed to me to be isolated from other hotels Also but the price was good and also I would have expected less for the price.

Very nice hotel. Will go again. We were there for less than a day.

I would recommend this place to anyone. Amazing staff and service. Our boat didn't leave until around midnight, but the staff held our luggage and let us use the pool area until we were ready to go, even though we checked out of the hotel. They also let us use the shower area before we left.

The hotel has a convenient location and a great rooftop restaurant with a view of the Acropolis.

My stay at the Davani Acropolis was excellent. The staff was warm, pleasant and extremely helpful. From the doorman to the room cleaning staff all had smiles and wanted to please the guests. Any question was answered with a smile and "yes I can help you with that". This hotel showed be rated higher then 5 stars. Plan to book only the Davani Acropolis in the future. I highly recommend to all Americans who appreciate good service like me.

the rooms are a bit out dated but the hotel is conveniently centered in placa close to shops, the acropolis and many great restaurants... we decided the to have diner in the roof top hotel restaurant and the food was excellent (go for the lam chops) bring your camera the view is breath taking Enjoy your stay in Greece ss we did!

Nice location, just a short walk to the Acropolis. Room comfort on the other hand is minimal. Beds were creaking and uncomfortable.

Nice place close to Acropolis and Plaka. Friendly staff, breakfast buffet not as extensive ans in other places.

The location of the hotel itself is really good. Walking distance to museums and sights. Definitely dine at the roof-top restaurant FOR THE VIEW, NOT THE FOOD. Overall food was not too impressive for a 5 stars hotel but I think that's just because I expect 5 star restaurant quality food too... The bathroom amenities were a bit old but passable, not your Ritz standard for sure. But, when in Athens... Overall a nice hotel.

Clean, neat and in a good location. Staff was good and helpful at all times. Room would not stay cool. Staff checked it bit never got better. Breakfast was not good. Day old breads, tang instead of real juice, dry scrambled eggs, mediocre coffee. I could go on.

Couldnt watch anything on tv some american channels would b mice the room was comfortable clean nothing fancy. Pool closes too early at 8 pm. No shuttle service for us maybe for higher paying customers dont know. Would have really appreciated a ride just to metro because of our luggage
