The pre check is was great and responsive. The apartment is in a cute area of the city with many cafes nearby. The apartment was clean except some black mold in the shower. It is not soundproof and you will hear outside traffic. There are not blackout curtains in the bedrooms. I was very disappointed by the lack of communication by the host once I checked in. I needed help with a laundry machine issue that affected a business meeting I had. I sent several texts and did not get a reply for over 12 hours. If you need nothing after check in then this place is good

This was an excellent apartment! Three large bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and a 1/2 bath. Kitchen was large and well equipped. Four adults have more than enough room to not be under each other's feet. We all loved having access to the wrap around balcony. Location was great. Really close to the metro. Bus stops within minutes. Lots of places to eat in the area. A grocery store just a couple of blocks away. It is a half a block up from a very busy intersection, so a little bit of noise. We expected that in the city. Property management was so helpful and prompt with information. Hope to stay here again in the future.
