Great condo to stay at for visit to UGA/Athens!!!
If you’re looking for a place other than a hotel to visit UGA and tour the campus while also enjoying and getting a feel for the surrounding area, definitely consider this condo. It’s a short walk to many of the campus buildings and grounds. The condo is well kept and had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds, nice living room (with smart TV), well stocked kitchen, laundry, high speed internet, etc. You can park right in front of the condo. The neighborhood is very quiet even though it’s on the outskirts of the campus. The property owner is very easy to communicate with and provided an extensive, well designed list of places to eat. A huge plus when visiting somewhere you’ve never been. We would absolutely stay here again!!!

Wonderful stay, ideal accommodations!
Weekend visit for family to see our freshman student and campus. The location was phenomenal—very near freshman dorms and main areas of campus. The apartment was bright and fresh, and felt new and clean. The area was quiet and peaceful despite its close proximity to campus, Milledge and Baxter. Plenty of space in rooms. We enjoyed having the living room and kitchen to visit, and our student enjoyed coming to visit with us, grab coffee and snacks. Great stay all around.

Short but sweet stay 2 nights
This was our first time in this unit, very nice, the beds were comfy and the attention to detail was super. There's was even laundry detergent to use! What a treat! Quite complex, we never heard anyone. Will stay here again when we travel to Athens.
