This is a cozy hotel, excellent staff, I think it is an owned family business. Really good breakfast included and the restaurant food was delicious, excellent presentation and service. On our check in date we arrived 10:45 pm and the restaurant was just closed but we were starving and tired due to a long road trip, the person in charge just went out from Kitchen and told us that he will prepare some sandwiches for us, we sat on a table and they brought different trays with ham, cheese, salami, bread to prepare the sandwiches the way we like, they brought wine too. For us, it was the highlight of the place because they put their effort to satisfy our needs. Nice place to stay.

So much great to say about this place. I travel a lot, really a lot, and this place is utterly sweet. The brothers who manage the place are fantastic… helpful, cheerful, enthusiastic, charming. The property is spotlessly clean, effortlessly comfortable and feels like home (with only ten or so rooms). The dining options are exquisite… best dinner we had in Italy and that is saying something special. The care to details, the joy that this place takes in hosting guests? Remarkable! Wish I could give it 6 stars.

There was a warm atmosphere and we were allowed to check in before midday. We were advised that the restaurant was not open due to clean up. This allowed us to decide what we wanted to do. there was no directory of Information. A telephone, but ... I dialed 9 and did speak to someone. Wifi was not available though a feature.

De kamer is schoon. De badkamer uitstekend. De eigenaren zeer aardig en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt goed, maar weinig anders dan zoet brood, geen volkorenbrood, wel verse kaas en ham. Enig nadeel van het hotel is het geluid. Door een open verbinding tussen de gang van de kamers en het restaurant, is het geluid van het restaurant goed hoorbaar. Bushalte op korte loopafstand. We hebben niet gegeten in het restaurant van het hotel.

Locata in zona ottima per raggiungere la basilica di Santa Maria degli angeli anche a piedi con 10 minuti di cammino. Assisi raggiungibile in auto a 10 minuti. Colazione con prodotti salati e dolci di ottima qualitá. Non c'è tanta varietà ma per noi è stato ok. La camera accogliente, unica cosa darei la possibilità di avere due cuscini senza chiederlo. Infine la condizione familiare è il fiore all'occhiello, veramente gentili e disponibili

Locanda a conduzione familiare, eccellente per cortesia e disponibilità. Si vede che hanno a cuore il cliente tanto da farci sentire subito come a casa. La qualità del ristorante é ottima ed i prezzi sono in linea. Colazione abbondante e varia. Dispone di ampio parcheggio. È in una buona posizione per visitare non solo Assisi ma anche altri paesi per la vicinanza sia alla superstrada che alla Flaminia . Ci torneremo sicuramente!!

Struttura con 10 camere, ma completa di tutto. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Camera (tripla) enorme, incredibile. Doccia in bagno un po' piccola e senza cornetta (per evitare di bagnare i capelli). Condizionamento adeguato. Colazione limitata ma ben pensata e soprattutto di grande qualità. Direi quindi che per un soggiorno breve è un'ottima soluzione. Utilissimo il ristorante incluso, di cucina di grande qualità.
