Our stay here satisfied all our needs while enjoying the glorious town of Assisi. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and sweet and was walkable distance to many sites and a bus stop.

Nice hotel. Assisi is beautiful and so spiritual! Great breakfast. All rooms in the ancient city are slightly dated. Close to good restaurants. Very difficult to drive there! Hills are very steep and hard for seniors. I brought my walking sticks but still difficult. Worth it though.

It was an average room with no Internet, we had to go downstairs to use it. The staff was somewhat friendly in the beginning but that changed pretty quickly once we asked about the Internet not working. On a positive note the location was great.

Well, all I can share is, that it’s the best place I’ve been so far in Italy, considering I’m on a budget. Super friendly staff and excellent and clean place. Love the old fashioned mixed with the modern appliances. Incredible view, delicious breakfast and lunch. Now considering this is a very touristic place prices are quite high in most restaurants. I had my most expensive dinner so far around 100 euros in another restaurant in town. Now it’s a very crammed city because it’s so old, so don’t try to drive on it if you have a medium size car, it’s a challenge. Just park in the parking lot at the entrance of the city and enjoy the exercise, lots of walking uphill and downhill. Lots of things to see in the small city. I can’t say it enough, it’s beautiful.

A very good choice in a location that's like a stage setting for an opera and is within a short uphill walk to the Basilica. The only drawback is that everything is uphill in both directions and there is a real lack of good restaurants within a short walk. The staff very friendly and accommodating.
