My daughter and I were on a road trip heading to Texas and we decided to spend one night and one day in Asheville. We picked the right place to stay, for sure! Our room, the Grace Suite, was on the main floor. The room was charming, large, and well appointed. The bathroom had a relaxing shower, great robes and the best towels. The sheets were the most comfortable I have ever felt and they even sell them there. We are ordering some! The innkeepers could not have been more welcoming or accommodating, even calling a relative in Memphis to give us recommendations for restaurants there for our next stop. The afternoon snack of pecan bars were irresistible and worth breaking a diet for. Breakfast was also a wonderful experience shared with other guests in the dining room. I mentioned that my daughter doesn’t eat pork, thinking that it would just be skipped, but instead she was given a substitute of salmon with her meal, which was so thoughtful. If in Asheville, this is the place to stay!
My BFF and I were enjoying a road trip through North Carolina and found the Pinecrest B&B in Asheville where we could share a room with twin beds. Hard to find a B&B that offers a room with twin beds! But the Pinecrest B&B offered that and so much more. Beautiful house originally built around 1898 in a lush, green neighborhood just minutes from downtown Asheville. Dan and Diane are fabulous hosts who attend to every detail, making a stay at their place a real treat. The gourmet breakfast was truly excellent. This B&B exceeded all of our expectations, and we’re looking forward to a return trip.
This was a warm, friendly welcoming B & B and we felt like guests of Diane and Dan in their home. They have thought of everything that one would require incl. high quality toiletries with soap for both sink and shower, loo paper, night light, tea making facilities, drinks, cookies. Restaurant suggestions were perfect and the location ideal as a base to explore the area. Highly recommended.
I cannot express how please my wife and are with our time at Pinecrest and with Dan and Diane. Pinecrest is within walking distance to downtown, there guest rooms are spacious, comfortable, with little touches that enhance the stay. The grounds are inviting and call “relax here.” “Treehouse” room provide a view of the grounds from tree top level, a fun place to read or chat. Dan knows Asheville! Excellent recommendations on where to eat, or best route to take. Diane’s breakfast are the best in the city!!! 5 stars are not enough.
Great breakfast, very comfortable beds, personable innkeepers. Nicely decorated turn of the century home with spacious rooms. Within walking distance of at least 2 great restaurants (Caribbean and Italian), close to downtown and the Biltmore Estate. Would definitely revisit.
This is a beautiful bed and breakfast in a perfect location in Montford, and the owners, Diane and Dan, are so hospitable and friendly! Our room was on the first floor in the front of the house, and beautifully decorated, with a king size bed. The bathroom has been recently renovated and is small but functional. Diane is a fantastic cook, and she had beautiful and delicious breakfasts each day. They have a coffee bar with complimentary soft drinks and wine, and a beautiful tree top glassed-in sunroom for relaxing. We met lots of nice people, too! We will definitely be back the next time we're in Asheville!
An awesome B&B! Old Southern charm but with all the modern amenities and conveniences. Spotlessly clean and excellent housekeeping service. Particularly beautiful grounds on which to relax and enjoy after a full day's sightseeing. Owners/innkeepers can't do enough for you and bend over backwards to make your stay enjoyable. Maybe best of all, THE BREAKFASTS ARE TO DIE FOR, and preparer very accommodating for any special needs, such as vegetarian. Can't say enough good things about this place--we will be coming back!
We found the Pinecrest B&B after searching the internet for accommodation with free parking (we had two vehicles which was going to be very price for our 3 nights stay). Wow, were we lucky to find this one. The owners Dan & Diane are wonderful. Clean and comfortable rooms, a beautiful garden and delicious breakfasts. I hope to return in August with my mother & sister
We absolutely love this place. The owners Dan and Diane treat you like family, and go over and above to make you feel welcome and at home. The rooms are so clean and cozy, and the sun porch is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine and one of Diane's delicious goodies. Breakfast in the dining room is always a treat, and we love conversing with the other guests almost as much as we love Diane's cooking:) If I could give this place 100 stars, I would!
If you are looking to find a B&B in Asheville look no further than Pinecrest B&B. The Innkeepers,Diane and Dan Rogers have the perfect personalities to be in this business. Staying with them is like staying with beloved friends! We were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary so they provided us with a split of champagne and chocolates upon our arrival! You won't find that at a "chain" hotel! The food is delicious and plentiful! It is the only place we stay when we are in Asheville! Thanks again for a wonderful stay!!
