Luxuriously appointed 2 bedroom 2 bathroom 1800 square foot loft with 20 foot ceilings in a fully restored historic building in the heart of Asheville will take you to another place in time representative of the progressive age of America while enjoying the modern amenities of today.
Previous owner is a well known Asheville artist Eli Corbin and many of her works remain on display throughout the condo along with art and artifacts procured from around the world.
The condo is situated between a Lexington and Church in the center of downtown. One block from Vance Plaza across from which Is Asheville’s famous Pack Square with weekend concerts.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. The apartment was so lovely and the location was perfect. The beds were very comfortable which was welcome since alot of people have trouble sleeping when away from home. Beautiful Condo

Everyone that walked in was in awe of the size of the living space and how bright and attractive it was. Lots of sun coming from windows and yellow walls make it so cheery . I would rent again .
