The hotel is dirty and the food was terrible. They are lucky that the staff was great and they were happy to help everyone.

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous view of the mountains. Staff were always extremely helpful. Beds were very comfortable. Only 2 issues the rooms smelled musty and outside our bathroom it smelled like pee. They tried to fix it but it only helped temporarily. The other compllaint is that their pool is only open from 2pm on and the spa from 5pm on. So if you want to relax and use the facilities the day after seeing the glacier you can’t!!

Location wise, its way out of the town centre. The bath area in our room is without walls. Found it weird. Must try the food in the restaurant (especially the steak). Fantastic! The restaurant is the only saving grace of this hotel. On check-out, they wanted to charge us for use of the mini bar. We never used any items in the bar. After an unpleasant discussion, there was no charge.
