It was perfectly clean and spacious. The only thing to review is the pool temperature as it was cold while it was freezing outside.

The staff is incredible, the hotel is beautiful. The view is amazing, the breakfast is incredible. The staff go above and beyond to make the guests feel special. Words are not enough to describe Charming Hotel. I look forward to staying there again.

Because Orbitz never cancelled my reservation I had to pay for rooms I didn’t use. Orbitz told me and emailed me they cancelled the reservation but didn’t do it.
