Absolutely amazing place, foam gel pillows, amazing spa, staff is magnificent and the lobby and views are spectacular. Please upgrade the coffee service so it matches the rest of the hotel/service, the only downside was terrible coffee.

The location and views are absolutely fantastic, and the property is well-maintained. The spa is a highlight, offering a truly relaxing experience. My only suggestion would be for the chef to enhance the vegan options. Breakfast and other meals are quite limited for vegans, and the dishes I tried, like the soup and salad with tofu, lacked flavor. Vegan doesn’t mean we don’t want delicious food! With some attention to this, the dining experience could match the excellence of the rest of the property.

Best to stay in rooms with city or port view. We stayed an extra night in standard mountain facing rooms. These are smaller and the beds had holes that sinked in due to broken mattress springs! The spa facilities were great!

El hotel esta bien. Muy buen restaurante y spa. La masajista Soledad muy atenta y excelente en sus masajes Excelente calidad de la blanqueria de la habitación. A mejorar: la atención del recepcionista de barbita de la noche. Parece muy hastiado y habla de mala manera. . Una pena lo ruidoso del spa por los niños y los padres que hablan a los gritos.

El hotel es precioso y las habitaciones espaciosas. El staff muy amable y atento. La piscina es deliciosa y tomamos una clase de yoga acuatica muy buena. Los restaurantes muy ricos. Las vistas y alrededores de sueño. Nos quedamos con ganas de tomar la clase de tiro al arco pero ese día estuvo suspendida. Algunas partes del edificio necesitan un poco de pintura y mantenimiento pero el lugar es extraordinario.
