Located in Arcachon, in the autumn town, about a ten-minute walk from the beach and about fifteen minutes from the city center, the Aiguillon district, and its port, our apartment Le Clomalé welcomes you for your stay on the Arcachon Bay. Recently renovated, it is located in a small condominium and features a small, private, enclosed 70m² garden with a barbecue. The accommodation consists of a light-filled conservatory with a dining area and library lounge opening onto the garden (unheated room), a very spacious main room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and TV lounge, three bedrooms (two bedrooms with a 160x200 cm bed and two 90x200 cm beds opening onto the main room, and a smaller bedroom with two 90x200 cm bunk beds opening onto the conservatory), a bathroom with shower and toilet (accessible from the main room and also connecting to the master bedroom), and a powder room with toilet. Electric heating. Parking is available for one vehicle in the condominium. A cycle path runs along the street near the cottage, ideal for getting to the town center or the beach. Linen sheets and towels are available for rent. Kitchen linens (tea towels and tablecloths) are available. End-of-stay cleaning is an optional extra for a fee. Wi-Fi available via fiber optics. Baby equipment available: baby bed and high chair. Gas for cooking (if the hob works with this energy), water within the limits of reasonable consumption, a fixed price of 8 kWh/day of electricity.
