Appartement lumineux, avec une vue magnifique et non loin à pied du centre ville (15 min). Un effort doit être fait en termes d’appareils et équipements ménagers qui sont vétustes ou mal entretenus (réfrigérateur, four à micro ondes, grille pain) ; des efforts quant au ménage dans la cuisine sont également à apporter (vaisselle sale, cafetière également, couverts cassés). Par contre, tous les produits d’entretien étaient disponibles. Un plus à apporter, mettre à disposition un four, un vrai. Un équipement était disponible dans la buanderie mais où le brancher (multiprise où sont branchés frigo, micro ondes, cafetière, bouilloire…non conforme…). Sinon literie très confortable, deux salles de bain appréciable, environnement calme). Autre point à porter à la connaissance des locataires, le parking au sous sol est très étroit pour le passage d’un véhicule un peu volumineux et surtout, impossible d’y faire passer un coffre de toit en hauteur. Nous nous sommes retrouvés bloqués en pleine descente dans le tournant à 1h du matin. Il faut impérativement prévenir auparavant les locataires ou indiquer à l’entrée du parking la hauteur maximale.

Tolles Appartment in super Lage. Sehr enge Tiefgarage, für niedrige oder grosse Autos nicht geeignet.Leider bekommt man nur ein Schlüsselpaar, sehr schlecht, wenn man mit mehreren Personen verreist.Küchenausstattung gut, Besteck ist schlecht, da wäre eine Neuanschaffung sinnvoll.

Vue magnifique

Emplacement parfait, garage appréciable toutefois le virage au sous-sol pas facile quand une grosse voiture.Cuisine et salle de bain à refaire, une salle de bain très bien, lit salle à manger parfait 👍, chambre bien et pour chambre enfants moyen. Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances la région est belle les gens sympathiques.

Très bel appartement bien équipé,propre,décoré avec goût avec vue sur le port. Situé à 10 mn du centre-ville à pied. Les indications fournis par le loueur sont claires .Nous avons passé un excellent séjour .

une pièce à vivre fabuleuse avec une vue extra sur le port de plaisance

les photos de l'appart sont vraiment fidèles. Une bow window immense avec vue sur port imprenable, 2 places de parking souterrain très pratiques. Le n° à joindre en cas d'urgence vraiment très réactif quelle que soit lheure. et super aimable Les petits moins : rue passante au pied de l'immeuble peut etre un peu gênante l'été... Les parfums d'ambiance chimiques style "pêche vanille" disposés dans l'entrée sont une très mauvaise idée (odeur très lourde et agressive) à banir !! Absence totale de signalétique dans le parking et poubelles : on se retrouve dans le noir, aucune inscription sur les multiples portes et les sas...!! on cherche lascenseur... prblm de sécurité en cas d'évacuation. : on cherche l'escalier et la sortie...
