Idéalement situé à moins de 10 minutes à pied de la plage, à 5 minutes de la gare à pied et en plein centre-ville avec tous les commerces à proximité, ce studio se trouve dans une résidence calme et sécurisée, entre la Ville d'Hiver et l'hyper-centre, à quelques pas du Parc Mauresque. Il dispose également d'une place de parking nominative extérieure. Un véritable coup de cœur !

Le logement se compose d'une entrée avec un cagibi, d'une salle d'eau avec WC, d’un lit superposé, et d'une kitchenette équipée ouverte sur l'espace de vie. Ce dernier dispose d’un canapé-lit neuf et confortable, d’une télévision neuve et d’une connexion Wi-Fi.

Deux balcons indépendants viennent compléter ce studio, dont l'un bénéficie d'un store à manivelle orienté sud.
