- Fully equipped kitchen (oven but no microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, espresso machine, refrigerator with freezer) with a dining area (table/4 chairs)

- Bedroom (160x200cm electric bed/storage)
- Bathroom (shower) with WC
- Pantry (washing machine).

Balcony (table, chairs, and bench). Meals can be enjoyed on the balcony.
