Inconvenient entrance and poor Signage as to where to park or enter the hotel. Not enough luggage carts. Housekeeping walked into our room 2 hours before check out time wanting to clean. Spacious room, very clean and updated.

The property is in good condition and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great. Lots to do on the weekend in Appleton. Our rate on Orbitz was considerably higher than the rate quoted at the front desk for people just walking in. So, I would check with the property directly before booking on line.
It has been upgraded. It was very near to the PAC and restaurants. The restaurants/bars in the hotel were not open very late at night or for breakfast for our liking so we did not use them. I really dislike the two sheets and heavier quilt on the beds but guess that is what most hotels are going to. And the toilet paper is not good quality.

Beautiful hotel with lots of options in walking distance for dinner, drinks, and so on. Safe
It was a wonderful experience spending it in Hilton where is very convenient to everywhere we wanted to go and everyone was friendly and nice it was clean newly remodeled the only sucky part is the hot tub was closed but that doesn’t matter anyway will be open next time I’m sure,it was a wonderful stay!,
Great location. Room was large. Unfortunately our thermostat was broken and our room was freezing we could also hear the people next to us through the walls. Housekeeping woke us up at 8am on Sunday. And the hot tub was under construction which we didn’t know before our stay which was disappointing.
The property is being remodeled and looks really nice. But. The heat was incredibly loud and woke both my husband and me any time it kicked in. The water pressure was lacking but I can get over that.
The outdoor bar next door plays loud music til 2am
Some elevators were out of service, not sure if this is mechanical or due to covid-19. Room was clean, beds are super comfortable!
This is a classic, historic, beautiful hotel. They need a new social media manager and new website designer asap though or this wonderful gem will be lost. It's a wonderful establishment situated in the heart of Appleton, close to cute restaurants, shopping and pubs. Only 30 min from Lambeau.
Breakfast would have been a nice perk. Most hotels have some form of breakfast included.
