There is no hot water in the hotel, the receptionist said that a student set off the the fire alarm which knocked out the hot water.
I asked for a refund, she refused.
I asked to speak with the manager, she refused.
I asked for her name, she refused to give it.
I tried to take a photo to identify her (attached), she hid.m, so we could not identify her.
Then once we did complain to Hotels.com they denied it had even happened!
I have no complaints about Hotels.com as they dealt with it professionally so thank you.
