Hello. I was in this hotel in the summer of 2017. The lobby is very large but warm. The food is very diverse and the staff is good at behaving. The outdoor swimming pool is moderate and is 500 meters to the sea, which is often to go foot and bed in the lake and the beach is low. Rooms are suitable for couples but do not have slippers. The Internet is only very slow in the lobby and can not be connected to most times. If it lifts the heat of the lobby and speeds up the internet, it will close to the 5-star hotel. Pool recreation was low, but it was good at the end of the night. Thanks to the hotel's entertainment group.
Thoroughly enjoyed 7 nights over Christmas at this hotel. My husband and I usually do not go "all inclusive". However the meals were impressive and the Christmas Gala night exceptional. We were also treated to two a la carte nights where the food and service were of the highest standard, The hotel room was large and clean with a view towards the sea with the mountains in the background. The service throughout the hotel was very good and all staff made an effort to attend to all our requirements. The Guest Relations manager was particularly helpful, The hotel is located near the main road and the bus service regular and cheap to all areas. A visit to the "old town" was one of the highlights of the holiday. We would recommend this hotel for a holiday at this time of year.
We absolutely loved this place. Slides for the kids, the lazy river, food and the service wad beyond our expectations. Our room was nice and clean. My kids did the camel ride and we took some pictures without having to pay for the picture. Look forward to going back. Loved Turkey:)
that was the worse hotel that you can imagine, poor in english language, poor in service,i asked for more towel because i have long hair they did not give me 2 more towels, the bathroom was horrible , scant believe it that they charge people for 5 stars hotel ,such a shame
Arrived late at night but we were welcomed and shown to our room without delay. The hotel was impressive at night! The room was big, clean and well designed. Food was good in the buffet restaurant. There was always an excellent choice. The Chinese restaurant is dreadful. Presentation is excellent however the food is the worst food I have ever had in my life (and I eat out frequently). The spa treatments are excellent and are great value for money. The spa does need some attention though. It needs a makeover in some areas. One day the jacuzzi was so hot that you couldn’t get in it. Be careful if you have children - they would have serious burns. The fitness room was ok but the equipment needs updating. The treadmills work but are noisy. The bikes don’t work. There is a good selection of weights. The beach area is lovely and there was no issue getting sunbeds on the pier. Highlight of the holiday was watching a whale come right up to the pier at lunchtime! Think it was a one off though. The hotel is definitely not five star however we had a good stay and there are far worse places to stay in the area ( and better ones too). The biggest annoyance are the rude Germans who insist on trying to get served before anyone else at the bar despite seeing many people clearly ahead of them. Fortunately the bar staff are quite wise to it x
Hotel has potential to be great however needs renovation and better hygiene, then it would be perfect. The location is efficient, food is average with a lot of selection and lots to choose from yet I found there was repeat of them quiet often, although I am quiet picky with food and tend to go for the same things. The staff there are all very lovely apart from one receptionist who was soo rude! The entertainment/animation team are amazing, friendly, lively, caring, fun and make the hotel way better than it is there's always something to do and they make sure everyone is having fun from children to older people. There's pool games, activities on the beach, volleyball, shows and live music every night also there's a club in the hotel and they take you out into the town so easy to make friends and have a great time. Made some great friends :) We all had an amazing time and there was my little sister who's 7, older teenage sister, parents and my grandma who is 68 and everyone had a great time and enjoyed it very much. I recommend this hotel to everyone families/ friends/ couples you are sure to have a great time during your stay
This is a large hotel with beach front access and many pools with slides etc. Our room was nice with balcony facing the sea and mountains, with large bed and cleaned well daily. The restaurant has the usual wide variety offering buffet style food with added outside bbq. Cooking fresh, chicken, fish, meat skewers etc. There were a lot of nationalities, those in the majority seemed to be Russian, Iranian and German. Not many British. We found the 2 bars to be understated and not well visited. The beach bar is well located, however has a real problem with flies around the food and bar area which is also very close to the toilets. In short we had a nice holiday and would definitely come back to Lara Beach but wouldn’t go back to this hotel.
As all of my reviews are honest this place is not 5 star, maybe it was back in its Day? We stay in Lara beach many times a year and must say this place is the bottom of the pile ! On entering its like walking into a greenhouse, so much glass and all in need of a good window cleaner ! Reception spoke very little English check in was quick a pice of paper with the basic info on and sent off to find our room ( cell) no bell boy which was a first for us! We were on 5th floor and the room was dirty the floors glass etc. 2 single beds with scruffy sheet on the top! Breakfast Good choice but like feeding time at the zoo! Lunch The outside grill was the best option! Dinner Again the grill area was the best KFC style chicken and chips! Pool We stayed at the quiet pool each day best to take your own towels as the hotel ones looked almost see through ! The pool bar was ok but the glasses( plastic beakers ) were hit and miss I had one with a big cigarette burn in the bottom! The beach and pier were fine and they put on food at lunch. We ate out at the teaspooon cafe up the road a few nights as it was more enjoyable The lobby bar was 24 hour but again the language barrier was a problem! It smelled of disinfectant and by day 5 I couldn't take it any more! The Saturday market in Antalya was the best Day out on the bus from outside. You don't wear bands at this hotel and anyone can just walk in. Would I return .......No Thanks its tired and run down and to be honest so are most of the staff! I think it's beyond repair. Oh the wifi is only available in the reception unless you pay again something very yesteryear compared to all the other Hotels we frequent in this area! Met some lovely people which helped but beware it's much better to pay a little more and stay elsewhere!
This is the 3rd time we stayed in this hotel, first one being in 2009. This time was a bit disappointment as there was no refurbishment at all so hotel looked tired and old. Air con in the lobby area and inside the restaurant was not working properly so it was very hot indoors. Aircon in the rooms were ok. However, I must say the food was great, plenty of choices and great taste and the food offered in Beach bar was great. Staff was okay, hard working. Rooms are wide enough but just needs a little tlc. Considering the price of the other hotels in Lara beach, the hotel was good for the price but I would not recommend for families.
Hotel was good animation same fantastic right for kids and lots to do around the swimming pool food is bright and very busy fantastic hotel thank you animation Beautiful food and stuff are fantastic thank you
