I visited that hotel 3 times last 1 year. It is good but not luxury hotel cause some of rooms need to be renovation. But it is at the heart of the city. Especially this hotel have special beach. During the summer time that beach is life saver. Also some bars and attaraction areas are very close to here. It is just good for couples and singles.Breakfast is not excellent but enough.
Booked the hotel for a short stay - till we catch up our flight to Istanbul, the next day morning. The front office staff was helpful. Check-in was quick. The room was 'small' - could have been a little spacious. The view was completely blocked, we could see the inside of the adjoining room as well... better check the room before you really check-in, a suggestion... Close to the airport and surrounded by most of the restaurants... Good location in that sense... However, parking is 'terrible' - the hotel do not offer parking.... Reasonable for a short night stay...
A great hotel.... I was dissapointed. Not a first-class service!!! I was waiting a first-class service because of the hotel, because of the price, because of everything I was expected... The service was not so great, it was quite poor. A big room as we expected was a small room with a tiny balcony... And as we arrived our room was already sold out and we had to go to the other hotel for the first night. Never happened to me before!!!!
I stayed at this hotel with my family it was a kind of enjoyable stay the room had a great view on the sea and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful but the hotel needs to take more care for rooms cleaning.one of the things i didn't like is there food which are not tasty and the dining place is disguisting where the chairs are dirty and the table sheets aren't clean also that why every time i had to go there i felt disguisted if the hotel refurbish the dining room then tge hotel would be great.
Good location alot of restaurants and cafes around, near the old town. Beach is great and the beach services is great. Recipcition was helpful and friendly. The rooms are dirty and the furniture seems old, and overused. The food in the restaurant wasn't fresh.
I really enjoy staying at this hotel anytime. Even when I use another place as accomodation when Im in Antalya, I go to Bilem and enjoy their beach. Rooms are above average, breakfast is pretty good. The view is amazing.
Our group had some mixed feelings about the hotel as we arrived: the renovation was going on, but the vast majority of it had already been taken care of. We spent ridiculous on the seaside platform located adjacent to the hotel (which was free of charge for the hotel guests like us). A few words about our rooms: as the renovation was going on, everything had not been fully reneved, however everything (starting from corridors) was well maintained, and luckily televisions and the air conditioning devices were just had been reneved (which came quite handy, after all the temperature was above 35 Celcius degrees). Our rooms had balconies with sea view, which was extremely refreshing, as the cool breeze was blowing as we enjoyed our afternoon refreshments whilst sitting on the balcony. Serious expression of gratitude goes to the house keeping and cleaning staff, for our group has rarely witnessed such cleanness. Restaurant services were quite good. The breakfast was excellent with many Mediterranean and local foods, with top notch olives and tasty cheeses. When it comes to the eating facilites of the beach, our group had no complaints: facilities overall had recently been reneved, and the beach restaurant and bar service was perfect. The beach restaurant facilities were able to cater a hungry tourist with nice cold drinks and good food. Overall, our group enjoyed our staying, and we can recommend this hotel for everyone else.
I stayed here with my bf and friend a few weeks ago. And I have to say it is one of the most friendly and accommodating hotels I've ever been in. Nothing was too much trouble. They were so helpful and lovely, the staff. We even stayed a few extra nights (before going up to Istanbul) and they were happy to move us to a room with a view for that duration. The beach area was great fun each day, DJ, great food and drinks... Service with a smile from the comfort of our sunbeds. The breakfast had a great selection of hot and cold (authentic Turkish breakfast mind you, salads, cheese, meat and breads) but also fresh to order eggs and pancakes. It wasn't a busy time we were there so the coffee machine was overlooked some mornings (not turned on or run out) but that was easily sorted. Small things in the room such as no plug in bath, and loo roll not replenished. One call to reception and all sorted! Hotel is in a great location for local town centre and big park on the sea front, bars and restaurants. Over all we had a lovely stay and was such a shame to have to leave. We will be back for sure!!
The room (triple) was nice, good view. Clean, the staff was very nice and welcoming, the food was OK, good selection but nothing special. The beach is great, cool music and nice staff. The hamam was a bit disappointing, very smelly, the staff was OK. Great location, great view and a good value for money.
The hotel was rated as 4 star beach hotel and the name is also "High Class". But this is kind of a guest house type average hotel. I arrived late night and was not received a warm welcome. The room given was in a pretty bad shape in terms of clean and tidiness. It was a small room with two beds and I was not happy with the bed linen as I felt they were used ones. They gave me another room and it was little better. But in this room all the electrical power was switching off within a minutes. So I had to find my own solution to fix this. The breakfast room was also looked not a clean pleasant place. The thing is that this place is old and needs lots of renovations to bring it back to the original look. It is not maintaining properly and not very clean tidy looking as we seen in like 4 star hotel. I left the hotel after one night stay even though fully paid for two nights. I was also thinking it is beach hotel as the description but you have to cross the road to reach the beach or sea. But that location seems very nice one. Suggest: This could be suitable for your budget and please research properly before booking.
