The room (triple) was nice, good view. Clean, the staff was very nice and welcoming, the food was OK, good selection but nothing special. The beach is great, cool music and nice staff. The hamam was a bit disappointing, very smelly, the staff was OK. Great location, great view and a good value for money.
The hotel was rated as 4 star beach hotel and the name is also "High Class". But this is kind of a guest house type average hotel. I arrived late night and was not received a warm welcome. The room given was in a pretty bad shape in terms of clean and tidiness. It was a small room with two beds and I was not happy with the bed linen as I felt they were used ones. They gave me another room and it was little better. But in this room all the electrical power was switching off within a minutes. So I had to find my own solution to fix this. The breakfast room was also looked not a clean pleasant place. The thing is that this place is old and needs lots of renovations to bring it back to the original look. It is not maintaining properly and not very clean tidy looking as we seen in like 4 star hotel. I left the hotel after one night stay even though fully paid for two nights. I was also thinking it is beach hotel as the description but you have to cross the road to reach the beach or sea. But that location seems very nice one. Suggest: This could be suitable for your budget and please research properly before booking.
Charming staff at this well-priced hotel that sits on top of a cliff. Stairs and a lift take you down to a massive sun deck with sea access. The room was bright and clean, nice balcony, extra meals were decent and very reasonable and there is a pool. Also a large Roberts coffee shop opposite came in handy. The downside is that noise carried into the room - muezzin seemed to be very close and traffic noise and music were loud. My room was right over the car park and people have no concerns about slamming car doors and chatting loudly all night. Would I go back? For a short trip, absolutely!
After reading some reviews on TripAdvisor I was a little worried about the hotel & since bookings.com won't work from turkey so we couldn't cancel and decided to go. Our experience turned out to be very good. We asked for a room with view and that's what we got. The staff of helpful and very professional. Special thanku and appreciation for the guy who was at reception (really sorry I have forgetter his name). On our arrival while our room was getting cleaned, the he showed us around the hotel. Told us about the facilities available etc. Also helped us with any question that we had regarding Antalya or tours etc. The indoor pool was open but outdoor was close for maintenance but with beach infront of us we never used the pool. The beach itself is beautiful the towels are available. Since the hotel is on a corner so there were no noise etc. We choose the half board option. Breakfast was good specially the fresh pancakes cakes and omelette. We didn't get a chance to eat dinner at hotel so choosing half board was not a good idea. The bus stop is 5 minutes walk. Taxi is easily available. What else hmm yeah there are really good food places around too.
I want to start from staff. Really everyone is so helpful and always smiling, even if you come at night time they will make your check-in quickly and give brief information. Now what I didn't like is that in 'High Class' hotel you will not get a free set up (coffee, tea, water). There is also no bathrobe, even if you ask for it. Breakfast was quite good, tasty, space is enough in the restaurant. Nothing to add, but 'high class' has already to be deleted from it's name.
Cheap hotel we paid £22 for room with breakfast for 2 included we paid for 3 nights before we went and negotiated the rest when we were there, we went in Jan so the hotel was pretty quiet. Cleaner came every day, good breakfast. It was a bit tired, skirting board cracked paint peeling off in parts staff were nice and all spoke English . Balcony so tiny and no privacy you could touch the next person.
Despite unexpected cold weather, all services of the hotel were very fine. The welcome of the staff was perfect. I was really comfort and I am satisfied with the hotel services. Thanks to all staff and management.
A very good hotel with sea view and good service but the rooms are small the food is perfect with a very high beach relaxation. But it is not a very good place for couples. Night life is fine also. 😌
Everything in the hotel is perfect except dinner and it was a mistake to take the room with "half board" option and i recommend everyone to take the room bed and breakfast only the hotel location is perfect
We spent 5 nights in the hotel, and had a sea-view room with a large balcony on the 4th floor. The view was beautiful, and it was nice sitting on the terrace. The room was big enough, comfortable and large bed. The location of the hotel is excellent, 20 min by taxi from the airport (we payed 50 TL for the taxi). You can reach the city center by public bus KL08 (bus stop about 10 min walking from the hotel). You need to by an "Antalya card" for the bus, before you get on the bus. You can do this in a market, or at the bus stop (automat). The hotel has a fantastic beach for those, who like swimming and diving. The hotel is situated much higher than the beach, but there is an elevater. There are rocks on the beach, and you can reach the water by a ladder, or you can jump into the water. The sea water is colder here, because there are little underground rivers flowing into the sea. Even like that the water was warm enough to swimm at the beginning of November. We had full board, the food was great and there was a good variety. We have always had fruits on the buffet. Staff was friendly, I would like to thank to Ufuk, who was always ready to help us. Just one disadvantage: there is no electric kettle in the room! An electric kettle with tea/coffee set-up is normal for a hotel room, so the guests can make their own coffee or tea whenever they wish.
