Honestly I didn't like the whole way from the first moment the receptionist went out to talk to the taxi driver in bad way. He spoken in Turiksh language. 2- 2nd thing: then when he prevented my mother from entering the hotel. Instead of welcoming us.. the receptionist didn't allow us to come in. Note: my mother is sick and old and in wheelchair. 3rd: despite All above terrible things, he said and insisted that there is No- Reservation. 4th thing: He didn't speak English. And always say "Yok Reseravtion". Yok means no. So my mother was very upset and we left upset. And we lost time and money and effort to reach there. Plus it wasnt clean. Most importantly he went out to prevent us to enter the hotel. Which was veey shock!! Very bad treatment. So please I would be very grateful if you please refund us the money. As I paid online. Really it was Unpleasant experience.
