The property lobby was very presentable and the staff was very cooperative. Breakfast area was very good and the breakfast was good too. The only thing which bothered us too much during breakfast time when the staff comes to pick up the dirty dishes makes us to throw up as their sweat smells so bad as they don’t use any deodorant or cologne.

Unfortunately the staff mostly didn't know English and communication was very difficult but they were friendly and helpful. They did their best to help me although the language barrier was an important point. Moreover, the quality of internet was not good. However, the neighborhood/location was great.

Fortunately we only stayed her to break up our journey from Cappadocia to Istanbul, however, I wish we just went for the full day of travelling. The first room we were given looked clean to the eye but the friday was filthy and there were wires hanging out of the wall in the bathroom. We were also on the floor under the restaurant so all we could hear was chairs being dragged across the floor. We then asked to move, after being ignored a few times by reception and then speaking to the manager who was very dismissive and didn't seem to care. The second room we had wasn't much better, wires hanging out the wall again but at least the fridge was clean and we couldn't hear the chairs in the restaurant as much. Disappointing stay and glad it was just the one night!
