Stayed there on 30th & 31st March 2018. regardless of the room price you have to pay but they will ask you for the parking fee which was 20 TL a day. rooms clean, location is good. changed my room in the second day to a bigger one. Getting in the bathtub was a little high for me although I am 185 cm. didn't face any mojor issues until the morning. I went down to the breakfast hall and there was a very big group of people having breakfast. apart from overall environment of looting like attack on food, I couldn't find a place even to sit. then staff told me that they will leave around 9:15. I waited for half an hour and nothing changed and then got very pissed of and asked staff to show me a place to have breakfast outside the hotel and they didn't try to solve my problem and just sent me outside to have my breakfast and PAY for it. So, I don't recommend this hotel although this incident might not happen to you.
We took a Junior suite and the sofa bed was more comfortable than any others that I have experienced. The only issue was lack of air conditioning.
When I cheked in there was a guy at the frontdesk and he wasn't happy to be there. He didn't want to help us. When you ask something to him his answer was rude, he said call the room service. And this was not a one time thing, i happened couple times, we stayed there at least 3 nights. If i am not wrong his name was Mustafa. When i complained about him they called a manager for me , her last name is Bilgili. She couldn't handle my problem. She just defended her employee. I understand,of course she should not say something bad about her employee but defending the employee does not fix the problem lady! She doesn 't know about hospitality. My mom was not comfortable so I kind of had to stop. I wish I could talk their front office manager.
Good location, rich offer of food for breakfast, tasty food, good staff, English speaking staff,
I have stayed for two nights at this hotel. İt is located in the heart of the city amd surrounded with nice restaurants and bars. Rooms are clean, well decorated and relatively big in size. Breakfast room was also nice and good breakfast was served. The rate was fair compared to the quality offered.
I stayed at the hotel while I was in Ankara for a business trip. The hotel was very good and comfortable. The staff were nice and very very helpful. The taxi drivers couldn't find the hotel very easily. The overall stay was great, definitely stay there the next time.
Nice hotel placed in center of Ankara.. a little bit noisy trafic but hotel has a nice coffe shop inside which is also a bar at the same time.. Few shops and rests around.. good value for money in terms of business hotels in Ankara..
Very happy with this hotel and plan to use on any future trips. Clean, quiet, friendly efficient staff. received particularly good friendly service in the Cafe Rosso, including by the chets who went out of their way to assist through difficult circumstance. Situated in a vibrant and interesting area, with shops, bars, restaurants etc.
very good value for money! Excellent location, very good breakfast, the room was large and clean enough. Unfortunately the room smelled bad, as if someone had smoked in before. Wi-Fi connection in the room had some stability issues.
During our stay in Ankara we stayed in Ramada Anakara which was a very modern hotel located in the city centre of Ankara. Everything was great: the breakfast (Many choices), furnitures, bath room, the service. O
