Not like the photos.

Lots of issues. The photos showed a room with a desk and office chair. I got a beat up table and upright chair. Dust bucket under bed. Dirty shower. Main issue was no internet for 24 hours. At first not believed, then snow blamed even though it was fine elsewhere in the hotel. No offer for me to change rooms. On the plus side a couple of the staff were friendly, the bed was comfy, mainly quiet and they did store my luggage for me for a few hours at the end of my stay. But overall poor.

For tourists it is a convenient choice

It is very conveniently located close to the airport bus, metro, train station and city center, I have to say that the furniture is not the newest but if you plan to visit around and not stay in all day it's fine. It has a retro vibe that gives it's charm. Do not expect fanciness, but the quality-price ratio is fair. The host was very friendly and helpful. For tourists it is a go-for.

This must have been a very elegant hotel back in the 1960s, but then the neighborhood changed...It's perfectly safe, but the upscale hotels are now in other parts of Ankara. I liked the beautiful staircase, the newly renovated, very clean bathroom and the helpful, very friendly staff. Very good bang for the buck! My window went to a rather quiet street. I'll be back.

The hotel was quiet and peaceful and also comfy. The whole crew was supporting. I asked to change the room and they actually changed it with a smile. The price was really good. The manager spoke english and that was a relief. The crew made me feel like I was with my family. The area was filled with public transportation like the metro and busses. If I came back to Ankara I would definitely come back to this hotel.

The worst hotel I have ever experienced of my life

I made the reservation with payment. After checking in, at 10:30pm while i was almost falling asleep, a reception man who spoke only Turkish in a rude way knocked my door and shouted that my card has a problem that i should pay again. He didn't even recognize i successfully booked and had a receipt and just kept insisting that made me pay again. The next day the same man knocked my door at 8 am making me woke up and finally recognized he was wrong and told me to cancel the last night payment. he took my card and tried to cancel the payment but couldn't even know how to cancel and again made another payment with my credit card. I paid 3 times.

No-problem hotel, for high season

Traditional centre city hotel, would be good in high season. Restaurant only open sometimes for breakfast, with very few guests and Covid nonsense as well. Plumbing was under repair, staff asked me to change rooms twice in one day ! But they were very pleasant and helpful. Lovely spiral staircase, with a coloured glass dome on top.

I have booked double bed room with city view and thay toled me thay have only the twin bed with city view .breakfast should be at 8:00 am but i go to restaurant and there is no breakfast. Thay have ruined my experiance and hotels.com should do something about this because i used your website to book and you should guarantee that i get what i baid for .
