Ağustos 2022’de 4 kişilik aileyle 2 gece kaldık. Her şey çok iyiydi; karşılama, oda, temizlik, konfor, konum.. Banyo geniş. Her gün temizlik var. Suyunuzu da koyuyorlar. Çalışanların yaklaşımı, güler yüzlülüğü çok iyiydi. Kahvaltı da yeterliydi. Hatta fazlasıyla iyiydi. Sadece kahvaltı yapmayan çocuğumuza sahanda yumurtayı ekstra olarak ücretli yaptılar. Ücreti önemli değil, yaklaşım..! Ankara’ya tekrar gelirsem tek tercihim burası olur. Herkese öneririm.

Düşüncelerim

Biz 2107 no’lu odada kaldık. Oda içinde bir ebeveyn yatak odası, bir de iki adet 7 yaşındaki ikiz çocuğun iki ayrı tek kişilik yatakta yattığı oturma odası vardı. Bu iki oda arasındaki bölme alçıpan duvar izolasyonsuzdu. Bizim sesimiz çocuklar da, çocukların sesi bizdeydi. Çıkış yaparken resepsiyona da bilgisini verdim. Ses izolasyonu problemi sadece oda içinde değil, katlar arasında da vardı. Gece üçüncü katta ateşli sevişen çiftin hem sevişme hem de yürürken topuk sesleri bizim odamızdaydı. Onlar yatınca biz de yattık :-) Çıkış yaparken resepsiyona da bilgisini verdim. WC & Banyo’daki havalandırma fanı arızalıydı. Çıkış yaparken resepsiyona da bilgisini verdim. WC & Banyo’daki duvar kağıtları elden geçirilmeli. Sürekli nem altında olduğundan kalkmalar ve kabarmalar olmuş. Bu İnşaai eksiklikler dışında personel ve hizmet anlamında sıkıntı yoktu. Son not: Artık maliyetlerden dolayı kahvaltılarda sucuk verilmiyor. Ok. Anlaşılabilir bir durum. Sosis de bu sabah ki gibi kötü lezzetli sosis verilecekse onu da hiç vermemek lazım.

Rezervasyonunuza güvenmeyin

Rezervasyondan sonra teyit için aradılar yolda olduğumu yaklaştığımı belirttim daha sonra otele gelmek üzereyken tekrar aradılar ve hotels.com dan rezervasyon yaptığım odanın olmadığını dilersem 350 tl ye yani benim rezerv yaptırdığım oda ücretinden 100 tl daha fazlaya başka bir oda olduğunu belirttiler. Ben de haklı olarak bu duruma itiraz ettim madur etmemeleri gerektiğini belirttim fakat problemin kendilerinden kaynaklanmadığını hotels.com dan kaynakladığını belirttiler. Sonuç olarak kurumsallıktan çok uzak bir tutum sergilediler ve hotels.com a olan güvenimde sarsıldı ve çok büyük maduriyet yaşamış oldum.

Sayın yetkili, hotels.com aracılığıyla rezervasyon yaptığım city Otel residence odasını görünce şok oldum.Üstad Necip Fazıl'ın Zindan şiirinde yer alan koğuş misali.Küçücük penceresi.50×30cm.İçerisi en fazla 15m2.yani banyoda kalıyorsunuz.Tam bir kabus. Hotels.com arıyorum. Ulaşmak ne mümkün na mümkün. İki günlük verdiğim 400tl. yaktım ve başka otelde yeniden rezervasyon yaptım. İşletmecilik kurumsal olmayı gerektirir.Evet ben 400tl kaybettim (!). Ama hotels.com ve city rezidans otel ?!. Yazık ,gerçekten çok yazık...

İlgili bir personel, geniş ve temiz bir odaya sahip, sakinlik arayanlar için çok iyi, aile olarak rahatça kalınabilecek bir otel. Aile odasında 5 kişi konakladık. Odanın büyüklüğüne göre yataklar ve banyoda gayet büyük ve rahattı. İki odada tv bulunmasıda çocuklar için çok iyi oldu. Tekrar tercih edeceğim bir yer.
