Beautiful single-family home in country house style from the 1950s with wonderful privacy is located in the middle of the idyllic town of Anif (approx. 6 km from the city of Salzburg). The house with spacious rooms and the charming garden scores with numerous extras that make your stay unforgettable: including a sauna (5 p.m. to 10 p.m. possible) in the basement for relaxation, a magical swimming pond that is open between May and September Bathing invites you, the delightful bathhouse and a lovely glazed veranda with a large dining table.
In addition to 4 satellite TVs and WiFi, there are several loungers, parasols, a grill and a romantic outdoor fireplace available. There are 5 bicycles available for use for excursions in the area.
On the ground floor there is a large living room with two sofas and a dining table for 6 people. The fully equipped kitchen offers you a small dining table with a bench and 2 chairs. From the kitchen you can also access the unheated winter garden. On the ground floor, in addition to the anteroom, there is also a walk-through room as a bedroom with a bed and closet as well as a bedroom with a spacious shower, sink and its own closet.
On the upper floor there are two spacious bedrooms with double beds and walk-in closets. One bedroom has a small balcony. The bathroom with sink, bathtub and separate shower is also on the upper floor.

Anif is a magical, conveniently located place against the impressive backdrop of the Untersberg in the south of Salzburg. Top sights in the immediate area, such as the Mannerist Hellbrunn Palace with its unique water features and the zoo, invite you to go on excursions, and the nearby Hellbrunner Allee is ideal for jogging, cycling or walking. Celebrities like Herbert von Karajan, who lived in Anif and is buried near the parish church, made it a posh place with a lot of connection to the festival.
