Our property is located on the south side of Anchorage, mid-Hillside. The apartment is located on the second floor of our detached garage, with a private, secure entrance. The unit has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 sofa queen pullout, and everything you need for your getaway. This quiet area has beautiful views and lots of wildlife viewing.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a travel crib.

Perfect as our base for Anchorage, Girdwood, and Portage area activities. In a lovely convenient wooded neighborhood and just as advertised on VRBO. The stairs up to it are longer and steeper so a guest must be able to negotiate them. We are a mid 70’s couple and it was a bit challenging for me but no problem for my husband.

Three of us stayed here for two nights while visiting Seward. What a wonderful place! Spacious, clean and very comfotable. We loved the quiet location and close proximity to Seward.
