Although it’s walking distance to the beach, property is pretty run down and parking lot is small/tight

I attended a conference for work and the staff at your Crowne Plaza in Ventura were wonderful. It was my first time staying here. Also, the fitness center was spacious enough to work out in too! I was not sure if my room had a view of the ocean and it did! Ivan who is the manager at the restaurant down stairs made me a delicious cocktail with my dinner on Sunday night! He was very pleasant and so was your entire restaurant staff. However, the Santa Cruz room we had for the conference was not accessible for wheelchair users or people who use walkers, etc. Overall, I would definitely come back!

Amazing staff and a great location the manager is really nice and does his job very kind

It was spotless, except for a random noodle stuck on the wall right above the desk.
