~~Beach House Oxnard ~~This Place Has It All!

"WE LOVED THIS PROPERTY. Cost, location and amenities were priceless. The home sits in a private neighborhood. Quiet and very close walk to the beach. Neighbors were so friendly. The beach was deserted most of the week because there is very little public parking to access the beach. Our favorite bonus was the garage FULL of wetsuits, boogie boards, surf boards, chairs, umbrellas and more. The garage full of fun is what made this trip priceless. We loved this home so much. We miss it already. The home was clean and organized. The host was wonderful and communicated great. We highly recommend this home. We would tell others that this is not a tourist town so shopping is minimal which didn't bother us at all."

Waterview from your Private Patio + Dogs Welcome!

"Lost Shaker of Salt was a great 2BR/2BA small home with full kitchen, front and rear patios and plenty of space for our family of 4 that incudes two older teenagers. The location was good right next to the harbor and there was a small beach directly across the road just a short walk away. The property description was accurate, the apartment was clean and had everything a family needs to enjoy a stay. The washer/dryer were an added bonus that all families traveling with children would appreciate. The area felt safe and we had no problem sitting out on the front porch with the gas fire pit keeping us warm for an evening watching the stars and even got a front-row view to a evening rocket launch that we assume was from Vandenberg Space Force Base just north of Santa Barbara! Another added bonus is we all had fun watching the sea lions playing around the harbor. They can be noisy up close but inside the apartment we did not hear them so they weren’t a nuisance. Communication with the hosts was excellent. From check-in instructions through check-out all our messages were responded to in a timely fashion. The check-in instructions were easy to follow and we had no issues with our contactless check-in. We would definitely stay here again when we visit the Oxnard/Ventura area."

"We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! It was the perfect family- and pet-friendly getaway for our family of four. The location couldn’t have been better — just a block from the beach, making it easy to enjoy multiple trips to the ocean each day.The extra touches really made our stay special. Having access to boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs, and an umbrella made our beach days effortless and fun. The house was well stocked with plenty of dishes, cookware, coffee supplies, and tea, so we felt right at home from the moment we arrived.The two-bedroom, one-bath layout was ideal for our family, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We especially appreciated the mini-split AC units in every room, which kept the entire house cool and comfortable.The indoor and outdoor spaces were equally inviting. The outdoor lighting created such a relaxing ambiance in the evenings and made spending time outside one of our favorite parts of the trip. Grocery delivery from Walmart was also easy and convenient, making our stay even more stress-free. With a couple trips to the corner store for ice cream and adult beverages.This home had everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation, and we would absolutely stay here again"
