"The room was comfortable and felt safe. The outside lights were bright. Light blocking shades would be an improvement. "

"Very disappointing!!! The breakfast was awful. The sausage gravy which should be 140 degrees or above for food safety was well below temp. The toilet in our room was broken and disgusting, with built up urine and hair around the seat hinges. The indoor pool cold, the hand sanitizer dispensers were all empty, the ice machine on our floor was out of order, the TV in the fitness center didn’t work, the business center was closed for guest use. There are plenty of reasons we would not recommend this location. We would have asked for a refund but couldn’t since we booked through Expedia. Overall a very poor experience!"

"First of all, when we got there we had all of our suitcases and bags on the cart to take up to our room. Room. Room number was 207. And they have no elevator. And they couldn't put me on the bottom floor they said is being remodeled. There was only three people staying that night. My fault for not checking on the breakfast. I thought there was going to be bacon and eggs. But there was not bagels and waffles. It's cereals. I took some things to my car around 10:40 in the morning and when I went back up to my room I couldn't get in. The key is already been turned off. The bathroom was dirty. There's stick dust on the baseboards. And no I didn't go around. Looking for that stuff, you could see it. I didn't have any issues with the staff."
