We had 5 groups with us. Same dates and rooms. Was charged almost $100 more because I booked through here instead of with the hotel. Room was clean but chairs were beyond gross!! Stains and crumbs all in the cushions. When trying to get towels because the room wasn’t cleaned that day, front desk was busy playing a banjo.
Floors were old and it was easy to hear people walking about the room upstairs. The breakfast options were limited.
Great people at checkin. Clean room and quiet. Normal breakfast with a good variety.

We have stayed in many Super 8 facilities, some so-so, some not-so, and some, like tonight (9/24) Very Nice! Unfortunately last night's stay in Boon was of the so-so stays. The staff were helpful and friendly, but there was the tell-tale of cigarette smoke in the lower hallway, where our room was. The room was dated, but pretty clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was austere, but adequate, and healthful. Will we stay at Super 8 facilities again, sure, but the boone one, maybe not.
Good value. Bed was comfortable. The place looked busy but stayed quiet.
Breakfast is minimal. Expensive for what you get. Small room. Good tv. Kinda quiet. Easy location. Good for one night only.
I had to cut my stay short by one day and because the room was reserved through Orbitz, the hotel had to charge me for the days reserved, rather than the days used; i.e. checking our early carried a financial penalty. Lesson learned -- I will never use Orbitz again.
It was a typical older super 8. While it was clean. The rooms kind of smelled old
The staff seemed very accommodating. The facility was old. Don't mind that. I booked a non-smoking room through. It showed up on my Receipt as non-smoking "requested." I called them and they said they'd try to do so. I got there and they gave me a key in a used paper jacket which had other room numbers on it which were scratched out. Ended up in the wrong room, then the key didn't work, went to the desk where they seemed confused. Finally straightened out the room, said non-smoking, but was between other smoking rooms and smelled like a smoker had been there just minutes before. Didn't sleep, checked out at the first morning instead of staying another night. They said that they couldn't cancel/not charge me for the second night because it was done through you. The most disappointing hotel I've ever booked.
The room had a hole under the carpet by the Frig. in the room and I showed the morning Mgr. When I checked in the night Person was very unpleasant towards me. I felted unwanted staying there as a guess. I will not stay at this location anymore. I hope the they get that hole fixed because I twisted my ancle and on Monday 4th Nov. my doctor is going to look at it because its all black& blue and swollen.
Our stay was a positive one. You can tell they are in the midst of updating the hotel. The staff answered our questions and we needed a extra blanket and we got one right away. Only down part was our heater/air conditioner was a bit noisy.
thermostat on heater could not be adjusted to comfortable setting, If on the room was too hot. If off, the room was too cold.

Thank you for your feedback. First floor rooms in most properties will hear when second floor rooms walk about. It is not like a private home. Our breakfast options are per the Super 8 standards. We hope you will stay with us again in the future.
