Booked a jacuzzi smoking room. When i got here they gave that room to someone else, and gave me a non smoking room. I don't smoke cigarettes, but Enjoying a cigar in the jacuzzi would have been a great end to a long day on the road. There aren't many good restaurants in the area, however....There is a place next door, in the same parking lot (walking distance). The reviews on google are awful. I decided to try it for myself, also I drove enough today, and didn't feel like driving anymore. I had a delicious Lemon-Chicken Grilled Chicken Sandwich. I had a great salad as well. Service was excellent. was seated immediately. The server came over within a minute and got my initial drink order. The food didn't take time to come out either. Servers were courteous, food was excellent. Not sure why the reviews are bad. I will be back again, anytime I'm in the area. Now back to the hotel. Do not stay here. The bed is awful, creaks and squeaks. The heater/AC is either like a furnace or an igloo. no in between. The fireplace in my room works well, so that's a plus. The wifi was crap, so i upgraded.
Stayed for 1 night; check in was fast and they accommodated me with my request for a high floor near elevator. As others have said, décor could use some updating, but it was clean and quiet and that's what counts in my book!
Upon arrival the attendant Kaitlin was very professional and courteous. She made sure I was checked in quickly and asked if there was anything else I needed. She also emphasized that if I may need anything during my stay to be sure and let the front desk know and they would do what they could to accommodate.
Clean, friendly and just right! Will use again, if in the area. Was chosen from the wedding couple and we enjoyed the stay. Complimentary breakfast was fine, internet worked, staff friendly, room clean.
When you first enter it appears very dark..needs some color to brighten it up. The man at the desk was all business and my check in took no more than 2 minutes. The room itself was as clean as a whistle, cannot emphasize this enough. The furniture and decor needs a redo, it’s dark and looks old even if it’s not. The breakfast was not bad, eggs, bacon! Waffles and all the usual..the coffee was fantastic. Upon leaving I took one of the travel bags with water, an apple, small cake and a nutrigrain bar. The apple was mealy and I couldn’t eat it. Would I go back? Yes, only because it was so clean.
Stayed here while visiting Hopewell Furnace and Pottstown. Room seemed in a need of an update but was comfortable. Staff was pleasant and breakfast was on par for Hampton properties. Would stay again if passing through.
Good location, with plenty of parking, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Relaxing lounge. Average service and complimentary breakfast. Plenty to do in nearby Quakertown or in Whitehall shopping areas.
We selected this hotel due to its proximity to my aunt's house. We also selected it due to the fair price per night having needed to find a room very quickly. The hotel was clean as was our room. If you stay here, just note that the closet is located behind the tall mirror on the wall. We only found that out the day before we were leaving. The complimentary breakfast is decent. The location of the hotel is also convenient to gas, groceries, etc. We would stay here again when coming to Green Lane, PA again.
From the comfortable and clean room to the helpful and friendly staff everything was perfect! The breakfast was excellent every morning. The location was centrally located with easy access to the turnpike and the town.
We stayed for three nights in October and had a pleasant stay. Its clean, and the staff are helpful. Very good location. Nice indoor pool and hot tub. Adequate gym. Close to other stores etc. Breakfast has healthy options. WIFI is not very good on second floor room 217 and 219.
