This Hampton was very nice. Room was larger than what we are used to with a Hampton. Since we had a not so good experience in the last Hampton we stayed in on this trip from FL to PA, we were reluctant to stay here. We are glad we did. We loved this room. We stayed on the first floor and the ceiling was 12 ft which was awesome. We think that only applies to rooms on the first floor, though. Beds comfy and clean, which is pretty much the norm. Breakfast good. Highly recommend Quakertown Hampton Inn.
We have stayed at this hotel for six years for a soccer tournament and always enjoy our stay. I have three girls we really enjoy the hotel. The staff has always been friendly and we have never had a problem with our room any time we have been there.
Poor overflowing out of trashcans outside of building for the 2 days of our stay. Bathtub failed to drain correctly do to poor maintenance. Carpet in rood coming up in several locations do to poor maintenance. Cover on air conditioning unit broken off. Bacteria can be seen growing in the bottom of the 3rid and ground floor ice machines. Staff greeting was not in line with Hampton Inn requirements. Fire extinguisher not checked for the past 3 months. All in all, this hotel is not a quality reflection of what you would expect of a Hampton Inn. This was however, an example of what bad management can do to a good reputation by not doing their job.
We stayed here with my son's lacrosse team for a tournament, and it was one of my favorite hotels of the summer. Conveniently located to the highways, the restaurants, a mall, Target, and a grocery story. Plus, it has laundry facilities that we put to good use! Really, it had everything we needed for the long weekend. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel had been recently remodeled and our TV wasn't working correctly. After not being able to figure it out, they brought in a brand new TV and some gift cards for our inconvenience (though, tbh... we weren't inconvenienced as the TV guy was highly entertaining). We were not the only group at the hotel. There were other sports teams and a family reunion going on. Yet, the hotel staff was kind and friendly to everyone. There was no chaos or tension. It was an easy stay. The breakfast is included. Standard hotel fare, but there is also a drivethu Sbux nearby. The outside pool area was a nice gathering place in the evening once it cooled down.
This is my second stay at this hotel. I highly recommend the hotel. It is very clean, staff is friendly and it is very convenient to the center of Quakertown. The breakfast was delicious! My niece lives in Quakertown so I plan on coming and staying there again.
Very Clean, nice, comfortable bed and pillows and amazing, relaxing whirlpool! Everything was perfect for a perfect night! I loved the digital check-in and digital room key feature! Super friendly and professional staff. Thank you!
I've stayed at this Hampton Inn several times and have never had a bad word to say about it before. I chose to stay here in large part because I've really liked the quality of the beds -- until now. This time we were assigned a room with one king bed rather than a room with 2 queen beds as I'd requested. The bed was awful - way too soft and bouncy. We were staying for 3 nights, and on the third night we finally were able to switch to a new room with 2 queen beds. They were excellent, and I finally got a good night's sleep.
Very poor front desk management. Horrible service. Had an issue at change of shift with a toliet overflowing. Which happens. However it happened at change of shift and the manager wanted no parts of helping. We mopped the room, we fought for another place to sleep. Nothing until we threatened to call health dept. that's when he rolled 2 cots into a conference room and we had to set them up. Said there were no extra blankets or pillows to use in the entire hotel so we had to walk through toliet water to get the ones from our room. He didn't lift a finger to help. And we reported it to corporate and he called us to ask why we did that. Will never go back or recommend any to stay here
This is a nice place to stay, there were several options at this exit and this one was one of the more reasonably priced. Clean rooms, nice safe hotel with a diner right next store that had good home cooking. The rooms were quiet and did not let in the outdoor traffic noise. The beds were comfortable. Spacious, this was a nice option for a good nights sleep. Breakfast was good. Easy on and off, making for a nice stay before heading in NYC. We also visited Jakes Flea Market which was relatively close and made our trip even more memorable.
The Hampton in Quakertown is easy off and on the Northeast Extension of the turnpike. The property is clean, comfortable and well kept. A good diner-style restaurant is conveniently located at the end of the parking lot.
