Beautiful home in a beautiful setting! Lots of space for our family reunion of 15 people. We especially loved the pool! Very responsive host who provided local recommendations for restaurants and activities.

We had our 25th Anniversary Cousins Reunion at this gorgeous Bucks County. Everything about this home was fantastic - location, number of bedrooms and decor. Communication with host was timely and pleasant. Highly recommend

House stay

Two things we would suggest: Please put pool handle bars by the walk-in entrance. It helps out the older adults. Perhaps condider a pocket door from the closet to the master king bedroom on the far east wing. This would allow the both bed areas to be much more private. Although I realize though that this set may be good for a family. Thank you for this stay. The house was well stocked. And all kinds of fun spaces too! We loved having use of the pool in September. The entire family thought this house was so convenient to our wedding venue next door! Thank you!

Well appointed and comfortable home

Very well maintained and outfitted home. Comfortable with excellent beds and a well equipped kitchen. The PM was responsive and helpful. Listing shows 22 guests, but while this is technically true, we suggest carefully reviewing the rooms and bed counts as this home is set up with shared rooms which may work for families with kids, but not always for adults unless one assumes a group home approach. One of the rooms (perhaps counted as 3 person unit) has no hallway access. Consequently, privacy can be an issue. The confirmation describes 20 guests. The listing 22. All in all it's very well appointed and comfortable. Highly recommended but "sleeps 22" is a quite a stretch unless it's families with kids. We were 13 adults of which 5 couples and 3 non related singles. If there had been other adult guests, they would have been forced to bunk up with other guests which would have been awkward.

Great house for the family get-together

Large house with great AC, two kitchens and tons of beds & bedrooms. Billiard room is great. Large dining room (we didn't use) and great swimming pool. There was no hot tub though one was in the listing. All doors to pool area are alarmed which provided a nice level of extra security for the littles. Great location for a family celebration, lots of room and very quiet. A great stay was had by all.

Awesome Stay!

This was an amazing stay for new years weekend. Jeff was super communicative with me on everything. House had it all. Super spacious for our large group. Everyone had a room and space. Definitely recommend Jeff!

Family Wedding Celebration

We loved our short, busy time here. We are a large family and we were together for our youngest son's wedding. Our grandchildren kept referring to the house as a mansion. They loved it and had a great time being together! Our host was a pleasure to work with!! We all agreed we would love to come back when we can enjoy the pool and space more!

Great property

Overall great experience. Pictures online don’t do it justice, place is even nicer! We came with 15-17 people and there was Plenty of room, pool is wonderful, check in seamless. You’re about 5-10 minutes away from anything you want. Would highly recommend and if the opportunity presents itself I would make a return trip.

This Home is Simply Beautiful!!!

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous spacious home! This home was fully loaded for a more convenient and comfortable stay. The pool was an added bonus for my family as most homes do not offer this amenity. Check in/Check out was super easy. The host, Jeff was very pleasant to communicate with and he made certain that we felt that he wanted us to enjoy his home! We will definitely stay at this home again!!! Thanks again!

Great spot for a family get together

The house had plenty for room for our family reunion (9 adults, 9 children) and the pool was a huge hit with the kids. The house is lovely, well stocked, and convenient to lots of activities that we enjoyed. Altogether a great time. Thanks, Jeff!

Wonderful property and wonderful host

We were at the house for an extended family vacation. The house was perfect for our needs. There are a number of "family suite" areas, a lot of entertainment for kids, and the house was well stocked for an easy stay (kitchen dishes/glass/pots/etc, lots of pool towels, etc). The host was wonderful and went out of his way to accommodate our needs as things came up. Recommend the house and area. We would stay here again!

Perfect home in beautiful bucks county location

Our family stayed at this beautiful home for our daughters wedding which was located right next door! It was the perfect location for us to be next to the event. The house was immaculate, stocked with everything we needed, the grounds and pool were beautifully maintained. We had plenty of space and there are separate wings which allows for privacy if several families stay together! The pool table, games, arcade, pool , basketball court, fire pit enjoyed by all! It was a great weekend and highly recommend the house!!

Exactly as advertised

The property is exactly as advertised and the photos give an accurate description of the property. It was extremely clean and well stocked with all the necessary kitchen equipment and glassware. The outdoor space is very nice with a fire pit we used for making s’mores, heated pool and a grill that we also used. The fourteen adults and three children were very comfortable in the house. Great property.
