It was just ok. Nothing to write to much about. Was worth the money.

nice and clean and quiet, perfect location and easy to find. I would stay there again.

Location and staff. The room was first rate. Their directions were right on.

Very clean room but hallway smells musty. There is a smell of cigarette smoke in the lobby.

Great place to stay. Needed a place in a pinch. Glad we booked.

Nice room for the price. If you are unable to go up steps, call ahead. This facility is 2 stories, and has NO elevator.

I honestly don't expect a lot from hotels - clean beds, decently clean room, friendly staff. I'm not super picky, and I wasn't looking for a 5-star hotel. However, I absolutely expect bed linens to be clean, and I didn't even get that. I noticed the bed my children were going to sleep on had some horrifying stain on the sheets - no idea what it was and didn't want to find out. But, it was obvious they hadn't been cleaned before we arrived. I did have housekeeping change them and fully inspected those, and the new sets were good. Staff didn't acknowledge me the whole time I was there. Walked past the desk person several times a day, not even a good morning or have a great day. Nothing until I checked out, and even that was minimal. The lady doing breakfast walked around in what looked like pajamas and slippers the first morning I was there, came out once to check on food, and again, said nothing to us - and we were the only ones in the room. The breakfast trash didn't get changed at all until the morning I left after it was literally overflowing.

I had stayed at this Best Western before and not had any issues. But this time? The room they stuck me in was in serious need of updating. I had researched hotels carefully, and this one had supposedly been renovated. But I didn’t see a single sign of it. Peeling wallpaper, water marks on the ceiling, smoky smell in the hallway. And don’t get me started on the hair-clogged drain in the bathtub. Seriously? I’m usually pretty laid back and can go with the flow, but that was utterly disgusting!!! And the fact that it took ten minutes for someone to appear at the desk when i went to check out was ridiculous.

The booking was easy, checking in was easy and the room was clean and comfortable. Very quiet facilities which made it more restful. The breakfast was just right. An overall very enjoyable stay and would recommend this location to everyone.

The continental breakfast was perfect. They had a nice variety and we'll maintained presentation. The staff was very professional and helpful.

No elevator. Carpet was not very clean. Front desk staff was marginal. We liked the location though.

the bed was comfortable and I liked the frig, microwave, and ironing board that comes with the room. That kind of suprised me. the hotel itself is clean and seams to be fairly well maintained. Overall my stay here was comfortable. I'd come back again.

Our stay in Quakertown was excellent! Room was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was good. We accidently left our Laptop in the room when we checked out. An hour up the road, remember it, called the hotel, front desk said: "yes we have it here at the front desk" In too many hotels it would have disappeared. We highly recommend the Quakertown Best Western Motel! Deb & Dave

Less expensive, clean, quick check-in and out. Better hotels into the Qakertown, PA area are way more expensive. Just do not hope to get a nice breakfast! A tip: unplug your refrigerator and you'll sleep like a baby!

Friendly staff, clean room, great location, near shopping-dining+++ nice & quiet for sleeping.

Friendly, approachable staff; quiet for sleeping; had a nice time

The room was really small, but clean. TVs are newer. Desk staff was friendly. The woman who was stationed in the cafe for breakfast was SUPER friendly and kept on top of the clean up. Bathroom was tiny and had a strange dropped accoustic ceiling, as one would find in an office. The metal framework of this ceiling was rusting in places because it's not mean for a bathroom's humidity. It also made an already small bathroom even smaller by lowering the height to under 7'; therefore, my 6'3" husband did not enjoy his shower. For someone not interested in frills, this was a good value.

This property was close to all the shops and ballpark...just 1 street from 309. The check in/out was the very smoothe, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.... Perfect for my one night in Quakertown, PA
