They accomodated me by providing me with a room closer to the lower levels . The breakfast buffet was good and the night staff was exceptional.

super convenient location close to everything. Our room required a stair climb which was a bit much with suitcases etc. The room was odd (but large) with tiny windows. The laminate floor had a rather large seam bump that ran down the floor near and across the entrance that could be tripped on or an ankle problem for someone with heels. Also, it's probably not the hotels fault but it had the noisiest guests of any hotel I've stayed in. There was very loud construction going on in the room below that actually made the floor shake starting at 7am.
