Bus transfer from airport literally stopped outside the hotel. 7th floor room recently refurbished which was lovely. Breakfast plentiful and so much to choose from. Everything was in walking distance. Fantastic customer service provided by ‘Noelia’ front desk throughout. Really welcoming and accommodating. We would return.

The location is great, the communication is perfect, it's neat, solid, economy-level hotel. The only downside is that breakfast could start much earlier, at least for the coffee/pastry "section".

Due to an early flight we arrived at midday expecting to leave our baggage and go away until check in time which wasn’t until 4pm but as the room was available we were allowed to check in straight away which was really good. The room was spacious and very clean with a covered balcony and sea view. Only down side was the walls were very thin and could hear people in the next room talking and their TV quite loudly. Also service maintenance on the lifts late afternoon on two days with a lot of loud drilling and banging was a bit disturbing. Our TV remote did not work but mentioned at reception as we were going out to dinner and when we got back the issue had been dealt with so we were pleased about the quick response. Overall a really good hotel and the price was very reasonable and even included breakfast of which there was a very varied choice. Would definitely recommend.

Really good hotel,very well situated . 30 mins from airport using C6 bus which stops 3 mins up the road from the hotel Brilliant staff who always are helpful and smiling . Nice outdoor pool . 6 mins walk to a main shopping centre 6 mins walk to beach and I to old town Easy access to Santa Barbara castle. Between 2 tram stops

This was a great hotel, the staff was very friendly and helpful! Everything was spotless. Only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars from me is because the walls are so thin and we were up all night listening to our neighbors play loud music and other activities till 4 in the morning.

Not too far from the beach; large, clean rooms-and ours was newly refurbished too-great breakfast and friendly staff. Reception check-in was slow, but the reception staff were helpful. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Nothing unique and a few shortcomings, but a most enjoyable stay. Good pool and poolside area. Shame there was no nice bar to enjoy anv evening drink/nightcap. But all good and would say book it

The room was lovely and clean with a nice big TV. Kettle available for the room at reception which is great as I love a cup of tea. Breakfast brilliant, great choice and wine also. Only fault was the loud drilling and banging from building works below our room which on some days started as early as 8am . I feel we should have been made aware of this building work prior to booking and rooms on the floors above should not be used as this was very loud and woke us up. Staff polite and friendly . Lovely stay would return in the future.
