Needs some work

We’ve stayed here before, and the property looked dirtier and worn down. The water heater is enough for 1 shower, so lots of cold showers and fights to be first in the shower! Easy communication with the property. The terrace is the treasure of this place!

Great location for a short stay

The apartment is in a great location in the heart of the old town of Alicante with museums, attractions and the beach all within walking distance. There are many bars a stones throw away which is great if you like a drink but it can get a little noisey at night on the weekends. As the area is in the old town there are many stairs and sloping streets around which could be difficult for those with mobility difficulties. The apartment was fairly clean, well presented and with a well equipped open-plan kitchen. It has more than enough space for a family of four. The staff at the reception which is located in another building a minutes walk away were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Overall a pleasant stay and I would stay here again.

Great location

On arrival we were allocated a street level apartment with metal shutters on the windows. We asked to change to a room where we could let light in through the window and the reception staff were helpful and accommodating. The second apartment was in another property belonging to the same owners - the Loft Carmen apts. it was large, clean, light and airy but very basic and lacking in comfort. There was no chopping board, can opener, scissors etc however there were toiletries provided in the bathroom. The location was very central and only minutes from all the main attractions. There were building works going on just opposite our building but it didn't really bother us as we were out all day. The wifi signal was great.

Short walk to beach and restaurants

There were some problems with house keeping and maintenance but solved immediately after reported it. It was quite noisy at night until 2-3 am. Reception staffs at the B & B are nice and helpful. You are able to leave luggage and have a shower at the B and B after check-out.

Excellent Apartments in Excellent Location

This was one of the best apartments we have stayed in. Right in the heart of old town Alicante, all the interesting places were within easy walking distance. The apartment was bright and clean and extremely comfortable, and the staff were excellent. Highly recommended.

Good value for money and helpful staff

On arrival you check it an La Millagrosa B&B.I thought I would be given the keys and sent on my way but no the receptionist comes around to the apartment with you and shows you how things such as air con etc works. This is most helpful They also offer complimentary continental breakfast in La Milagrosa on the roof terrace. This was bread,ham cheese, cereals and juice. The apartment was clean, the bed comfy and the air con good. Our firidge broke down and they brought another small one to cover the weekend and then a large one on Monday. All handled well and with smile.The area outside can be noisy late at night on weekends but this is to be expected due to the central location. They had provided soap and shower gel which is unusual but welcome.

Super zentrale Lage, einige Minuten vom Hafen und Strand entfernt. Beim Platz Quijano mit direktem Blick auf die Burg Santa Barbara. Wunderschöne neue oder frisch renovierte Liegenschaft. Habe eine grosse 2 stöckige Wohnung mit Terrasse erhalten und war über die Grösse und den Komfort überglücklich. Ich habe mich sehr über dieses grosszügige wohnen während meinen Alicante Ferien gefreut.
