The staff were very kind and willing to help. I did not like the music choice next to the pool area and straight away they turned off the music and did so with a smile. They were very keen to help. The pool and room was clean, large and pleasant. The food was outstanding.

Excellent pitch, the best in Alexandria, It has the perfect grass ,and lighting,The changing room is very good, also it is very wide, and clean, also the staff are very professional, and helpful. Thanks for having us 💪💪💪

Smoking should be only in smoking area but not everywhere. Shuttle bus services vices should have more time slots throughout the day, not only in the evening and must spend the total 3 hours for return transport.

Stayed here in April'18, while on a business trip to Alexandria. The hotel is located in the new Alexandria, which is far (around 30 minutes drive) from the city centre. I had a good stay and staff were very hospitable. Wi-Fi, housekeeping, Restaurant Service were all very satisfactory. The car hire services attached to the hotel (Mr. Khaled) is very professional, honest and reasonable in pricing. Would recommend him for all your car hire requirements. Will definitely, come back again during my next visit to Alexandria

The hotel needs to check the quality of room cleaning .. rubbish from bin was left on the bathroom sink. Looks like the tiles in shower have not been cleaning in months. The next day the cups were left dirty. There wasn’t enough staff on in the hotel for breakfast. Overall the standards are poor not what one would expect from Raddison. I wasnt the only guest who’s room wasn’t cleaned properly. ☹️

While the rooms are spacious and the food is good, the reception staff are rude, indifferent and have no sense of time. This is my 2nd stay, my experience upon check-in and check-out is quite painful and time consuming especially after a long drive. Sometimes they even have 3 reception staff and one announces that he is not serving customers.

Huge property and pretty well maintained. Checkin was very slow as only one receptionist. The Business Class Room was massive with a striking red carpet! A neat balcony overlooking the golf greens, backwaters and the road to Alexandria city. Bed is comfy and the bathroom is well designed . Restaurants are spread over 2 levels in the property. Particularly liked the Golf Club Restaurant for a drink or two and the Italian one for dinner. Location is close to the airport and the Industrial zone. If for business, this surely is a good deal.

I had a very bad experience at this hotel, when I had to wait with my wife and 11 months old baby, till 7:00 pm to check in. Their excuse was that the room is not ready yet and that I have to wait. The front desk personnel are very careless & provocative. Other than this, in the room, the mattress & the pillows are very uncomfortable and gave me back & neck pain in the morning. I highly don’t recommend this hotel that does not deserve even 1 star, not 5 stars !!!

My friend booked the hotel on behalf in booking.com with reasonable price about USD 100/ night. But, I was informed I need to pay USD 310 (including tax) when I checked in with the reason I am a foreigner. We tried to negotiate but it was not successful. I will be charged if I cancel the booking but I have to pay USD 310 for the one night stay. I felt I was forced to accept the deal. The most important I didn't see the value with the price. Located in a distance to Alexandria town. Messy breakfast service due to shortage of manpower at peak hours. Definitely not a recommended hotel to stay!

Location is horrible, hotel grounds are very good, room is biggest i stayed in, and it was very clean and comfortable. Restaurant was nice with varieties to eat. Unfortunately some of the staff are rude. Overall it was a good stay.
