Very clean hotel room. Good continental breakfast. Would stay at this hotel again.
For forty years I’ve had daily room service consisting of new towels, bedding, trash emptied. We were there three nights and none of this occurred. I had to call the front desk to get the trash emptied. No signage or notification that it was every five days. None.
We were able to check in a little early. Staff was friendly and gave us good info about the hotel amenities. Hotel was clean. Room was clean and comfy. Water pressure made shower great!
We checked in after a long drive and sightseeing tours. We wanted something to eat. The clerk provided us with a variety of restaurants that offered delivery to the hotel. The choices were great. We made a selection and were able to rest for the night.

Difficult to find entrance to turn in at night. Brand new hotel with issues—bathtub felt like it would cave in, shower curtain mounted too high so bathroom floor flooded, hot/cold indicator backwards on shower faucet, hallways were very stuffy, staff was rude at checkin

Covid restricitions meant no new towels or cleaning of our room or bathroom during our four night stay. Breakfast in a bag is not the same either. Blame Covid, not the hotel. Staff was friendly, and making the best of it.
Found lots of ants on the carpet in the morning and they bit me and my husband.

We arrived at this hotel to find no one present at the front desk. The individual working the front desk finally surfaced after about 15 minutes only to tell us he had given away our room to another guest and by downgrading us from a suite to a standard. The rationale was the other guest wanted a room next to family members also staying at the hotel. When informed this would not meet our accommodation needs he was argumentative, rude and disrespectful. Another hotel employee named George who works in maintenance was very apologetic and accommodating. George is top notch and represents the hotel very well. We arrived after an 11 hour drive so to encounter this poor customer service was overwhelming. Long story short, the first person we encountered does not represent the culture they are trying to portray at this hotel. They truly are trying to give guest a home like experience and make you feel welcome. We encountered many employees who took great care of us during our visit including Dawn Falade who is Director of Sales and Todd Curry, General Manager. They worked hard to change our first impression and give us a good experience.

We are still abiding by COVID policies and regulation in which we are only servicing guest that are staying 5 nights or more.
