122 SM, beautiful Sea view apt in the heart of Alexandria. Very modern with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, king size bed
This Apt is Located in the heart of Alexandria with a breath taking sea view from the 13th Floor.

Everything you can imagine is literally right downstairs; apt is next to the four seasons hotel with a 5 min walk to 2 private beachesThere is also free high speed WiFi and a nice 32" LCD TV with of course a washer, dryer and microwave all located in an American style kitchen with a nice dining area.

An office desk is inside the larger bedroom. One bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has 2 double beds. The flat does have 2 bathrooms but only one has a bathtub and shower, no shower in the second bathroom.

Transportation is easily accessible as well as the Tram station is right downstairs and will take you to the most important areas in Alexandria. Taxis are also available for a very cheep price.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and an electric kettle.

After speaking directly with the owner Ahmad of the flat to confirm the reservation, my family and i went the next morning to Alexandria and met with the property manager Mohamed who was extremely professional and curtious ,made sure our accommodation was handled properly. The follow with the owner after the departure was very comforting to see that we were happy with our stay . I definitely recommend this location and I will be returning to Alex. during Christmas. Hopefully they have this location available.

amazing hospitality and accommodation - very clean place and very nice man

Staying here was a pleasure. Mohamed was a very hospitable host and very accommodating to our needs. The place was very clean, very spacious, and easily accessible to everything around. The Wifi worked, air conditioners worked, and washrooms were spotless. There is a washing machine in the washroom to wash your clothes if needed. Two bedrooms as specified in the description, one with one large bed and the other with two single beds. All very clean and comfortable. I cannot stress enough how nice Mohamed was to deal with. He helped us take our luggage up to our flat and down from our flat and made sure to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. He even went as far as ensuring we arrived safely and with all of our luggage. I would recommend anyone looking to stay at Alexandria to consider staying at Mohameds place they are sure to be satisfied with their stay at his apartment. Thank you Mohamed for a great stay .
