This is the dirtiest hotel we’ve ever seen. There was human hair and blood stains on the sheets. There was gravel in the mattress and couch as well as eminent of food underneath cushions. The staff was also terrible and very unhelpful and uncaring. We got a refund and went to the hotel across the street. Incubator for insects or worse!

I last-minute booked this room after getting stranded in a snowstorm and the staff was nothing short of wonderful. This is a very midway hotel, but sometimes those are the ones that are the most interesting lol.

We booked online for 2 rooms but only had us down for 1 room. 2nd room ended up costing us 10% more than it should have. Pool and hot tub out of order, looked like it has been that way for quite some time. Very outdated hotel. No hot breakfast options.

The floor was not properly installed, the floor was literally buckling up and the bathroom was not completed. The tub also would not drain so we couldn’t shower. Half the outlets in the room did not work. The beds were disgusting. There were blood stains on the mattress protector and my dog got into some old chocolate cookies left under one of the beds. It’s pretty obvious there is no cleaning done at this hotel. I wouldn’t be shocked if the sheets and comforter weren’t clean as well. The screens were broken and we weren’t able to open the windows. Very disappointing and far too expensive for the horrible conditions of the room. This place has really gone down hill over the years. I will not be back to stay here.

The room was good. Clean, comfortable bed. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was ok, toast, bagels, juice,coffee. No waffle maker. The was very good. My big disappointment was the pool and hittub were shutdown for renovations. I specifically rented this motel for that reason. I complained to the manager and he did refund $30. From now on I am calling ahead to confirm pool and hotub are open and working.

Overall clean and nice. But Kleenex dispenser was empty. No spare toilet paper and the roll was almost out. Soap dispenser was empty. Few towels were there, only one washcloth and one hand towel.

Don’t stay here.

Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed stains on the comforter and a chair awkwardly shoved into a corner where it didn’t belong, making it difficult to move around. Shortly after turning on the AC, it began emitting a burning smell, which was both concerning and unpleasant. The bathroom conditions were unacceptable. The toilet was not securely fastened to the floor, shifting every time it was used, and it sounded as if it might break with each flush. No soap was provided for either the sink or the shower, and for two adults we were given only one towel. The shower drain was badly clogged, and the toilet paper roll was nearly empty upon arrival. Breakfast was another disappointment. At check-in, we were told it would be served from 7:00–10:00 a.m. However, when we arrived at 9:30, the shelves were empty, and only a gallon of milk and a few yogurts remained in the fridge. When we asked the front desk about it, we were dismissively told breakfast actually ended at 9:00, despite the misinformation given at check-in. The response to our concern was nothing more than a careless “oh.” This property charges far too much for such a poor experience. I rarely write reviews, but I am extremely disappointed that the money I spent here felt entirely wasted. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.

The place was ok, the gentleman at the desk was courteous and helpful. As far as the room, the beds were clean but general cleanliness not so much. Bathroom towels were pretty beat. A buddy and I were there for one night so it wasn't so bad, we were just in town to pick up a couple machines from a local dealer.

Needs a remodel

This hotel needs some serious updates. The beds are in rough shape. They tried redoing flooring as it appeared new but it’s popped up in several places creating spongy tripping hazards. They clearly didn’t use enough glue to hold it down in both rooms we had. On the other end staff was pleasant and room was clean.
