The villa is ideally located for those looking to combine relaxation and the sea: you can walk to small coves with crystal-clear waters such as Es Barcarés and Es Morer Vermell, perfect for unwinding away from the crowds. Just a short drive away, you’ll find the spectacular Playa de Alcúdia, with kilometers of fine sand and shallow waters, ideal for families. You can also visit the beaches of Platja de Sant Pere and Platja de Sant Joan, known for their clear waters and fine sand.

Villa Roser is spacious and bright, distributed over two floors:

The ground floor features a living-dining room with access to the porch, a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the garden and pool, a bathroom with shower, and a double bedroom with two single beds.

The upper floor consists of three double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en suite), designed for rest and comfort, and a large terrace.

The house is equipped with Wi-Fi, satellite TV, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, baby cot and high chair—everything you need for a comfortable and worry-free stay.
