Welcome to Apartamento Bonaire, our cozy 3-bedroom flat located in one of the most exclusive areas of Alcudia. If you are looking for a getaway that combines exquisiteness with a vibrant holiday atmosphere, you have found your perfect destination at Apartamento Bonaire.

Situated just a short walk from the sea, with the marina popularly known as Puerto Cocodrilo and the beaches of San Pere and San Joan, our flat offers direct access to the heart of the holiday action. You will wake up to the gentle sound of the waves and the promise of exciting days ahead.

Directly below your comfortable flat, you will find a lively restaurant scene that adds to the charm of the area. The dining establishments offer an authentic taste of holiday ambience. Savouring delicious meals and cocktails on your doorstep are all part of the experience.



Layout:

Enter your holiday retreat and you will be greeted by a spacious and bright flat.

From the spacious entrance hall, you enter directly into the bright living/dining room with sofa, coffee table and dining table, with fantastic views of the marina. From the living room you have access to the three bedrooms of the flat. Two of the bedrooms have two single beds/ double bed and the third bedroom has a single bed. You also have access to the bathroom with shower and a lovely kitchenette which is located on a glazed terrace in the flat.

From the living room you also have access to a terrace with splendid views of the sea and the marina, where you can enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunset, or a morning coffee while you finalise plans for the day's activities.

Note 1. Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This does not relieve the client of his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.

Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and subject to availability, the cost will be 15€ per person per day.

Note 3. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00

Note 4. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day.

Note 5. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is 0.25€/KwH to be paid on departure.

Note 6 In the Balearic Islands, all hotels/tourist accommodation are required to charge guests over 16 years of age the Tourist Tax, which is then paid to the Regional Authorities.
